Your joints,
Your fuller breaths.
Might take a really big breath into your spine,
Feeling it lengthen up as well as sinking your hips down heavy into the earth.
You big breaths to open up the chest and the heart space.
As you really connect to yourself as you are in this moment.
You're traveling your attention inward through your layers into your middle and sensing how you feel.
There may be words or it might be wordless.
Just breathing the sensations and emotions of your body right now.
And then a sense of allowing everything to be as it is.
Keeping the heart open,
Let the rest of your body soften.
Scanning your body for any little sticky spots and either offer them movement,
Breath or relaxation.
Travel down into the belly,
Swirling your breath in the sides and the bottom of your belly.
Expanding out the back and the front of your belly.
As a smile softens through your cheeks and your face.
