Welcome to this short midday drop in.

Let your body get comfortable.

Let there be a little wriggle through your seat,

Shoulders and head.

Connecting some fuller breaths.

Let all the muscles of your face relax.

The mind soft,

The heart open.

Sinking your seat further down.

Your belly fully relaxed,

Expanding with breath.

Your shoulders melt.

Allow yourself to connect to the inner space.

There ismur.

Checking your breath is still full,

Let the whole body soften.

And also allow the body to stretch out or move around in any way.

Connecting to the joy of breathing,

The joy of being,

The present moment.

Listen to the message that is coming from the silence inside you.

And then spend as long as you like here in your body,

In your relaxation,

In your joy before moving into the rest of your day.

And then,
