Gently adjust your body to feel in a comfortable position.

Take full deep breaths and as you exhale invite a sense of release and letting go.

Soften your belly and notice your breath slowing down.

Feeling the air traveling through your nostrils,

Bringing fresh energy to your body.

On the exhalation relieve any stagnant energy that is here in your body.

And give yourself some seconds to readjust your body so you can feel a hundred percent comfortable.

Relax the space between your eyebrows,

Your eyeballs.

With the next few breaths soften your whole face.

Maybe even drawing a gentle smile with your cheeks and invite this smiling energy into your body.

A relaxing,

Softening energy.

Feel a wave of relaxation traveling through your body,

Your shoulders.

Relax and see if you can relax your hands and your arms from the inside out.

Deeper breaths soften your body.

Notice your belly expanding on the inhalation and relaxing as you exhale.

Observe this natural rhythm of your breath,

The expansion and contraction of your muscles as you breathe.

Soften your thighs,

Your legs.

Another wave of relaxation traveling through your body.

Your breath connects you to the heart,

To the center of your being.

Recognizing the deeper layers of your being.

Let go of unnecessary thoughts and use your breath to access the deeper layers of your body,

Of your awareness.

A deeper sense of presence.

Allow everything to be just as it is and absorb these suggestions.
