Find yourself a comfortable position for this practice.

Maintain a nice,

Straight back,

Hands on your knees.

Your palms facing up if you wish to lie down for this practice.

Gently close your eyes and mouth.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and feel a calmness spread throughout your body.

As you breathe out,

Feel all your stress and worries flowing out of your body,

Flowing out of your mind.

With each breath,

Feel your body becoming more and more relaxed.

For just this moment,

Lay your fears,

Worries and all your stress aside.

For now,

Forget the things you think you need.

Give up all ideas of who you think you are,

Who you want to be,

Or who you are expected to be.

Take a break from your life.

Let it go.

Disconnect from your external world.

Now I want you to imagine what it would be like if you had no past.

Press the reset button.

You are reborn into this moment as pure awareness.

Let go of your memories.

Let go of your concepts.

Let go of your ideas.

Let go of your thoughts.

All that exists is this moment.

Here and now.

Immerse yourself in this moment.
