A student once asked his master,
Master,
Why can't I let go of my past?
The master answered,
Because you don't know who you truly are.
The student responded,
Who am I?
The master laughed and said,
Well,
You're definitely not the past.
Who you are is exactly what you are experiencing right now.
Now is all there is.
This moment is who you truly are.
This moment is all there ever is.
Underneath the layers of your mind,
Deep within your core,
In between each heartbeat is the animation,
The aliveness of who you truly are.

Refreshing and recharging every cell of your body.
Breathe out all of your suffering.
Liberating and releasing all negative emotions from your body.
Let it all go.
With each exhale just feel your body releasing and cleansing this unwanted energy from your body.
Completely let go and free yourself from the shackles of past emotions.
Feel your body becoming lighter and lighter with each and every breath.
Just breathe out all this unwanted energy.
