Transcript

Every experience that brings you suffering leaves behind a residue of pain.

This pain accumulates and gives birth to an energetic parasite.

This parasite sucks you of your universal life,

Of your energy.

It holds you back from being and becoming your full potential.

Letting go of the past and making peace with the present is the key to a healthy mind.

A student once asked his master,

Master,

Why can't I let go of my past?

The master answered,

Because you don't know who you truly are.

The student responded,

Who am I?

The master laughed and said,

Well,

You're definitely not the past.

Who you are is exactly what you are experiencing right now.

Now is all there is.

This moment is who you truly are.

This moment is all there ever is.

Underneath the layers of your mind,

Deep within your core,

In between each heartbeat is the animation,

The aliveness of who you truly are.

But first,

You must let go of your past and embrace this moment with full awareness and conviction of your truth.

So find a comfortable position,

Nice and quiet.

Gently close your eyes,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

In through the nose.

And out through the nose.

Now feel your body.

Feel every cell within your body.

Feel your aliveness.

What do you feel like?

Scan your body up and down.

And now centralize your attention by focusing in on the center of your chest.

Breathe into this heart center for the next few moments.

Now simply let go.

Let go of all the pain.

Let go of all your sorrow.

Let go of all your grief.

Let go of all your disappointment.

Let go of all your anger.

Let go of all your sadness.

Let go of all your regret.

Let go of all your guilt.

And finally let go of all your suffering.

Let it all go.

Breathe in the breath of life.

Refreshing and recharging every cell of your body.

Breathe out all of your suffering.

Liberating and releasing all negative emotions from your body.

Let it all go.

With each exhale just feel your body releasing and cleansing this unwanted energy from your body.

Completely let go and free yourself from the shackles of past emotions.

Feel your body becoming lighter and lighter with each and every breath.

Just breathe out all this unwanted energy.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

In through the nose and out through the nose.

Completely letting go.

Be aware of your breath.

Exhale all of this stressful energy out of your system and completely let go.

Now go deep into your body.

Feel your cells.

Feel your blood.

Feel your atoms.

Feel your energy.

Let go of everything you know.

Let go of your identity.

Let go of your body.

Let go of your mind.

Let go of your senses.

Just be nobody in no time.

Subtract everything you know and just rest in the presence.

Rest in your consciousness.

Completely let go.

Let go of everything you know and just rest in the presence.

Rest in your consciousness.

Completely let go.

Will return to this again as I work through letting go of past emotional pains. The guider’s voice is beautiful and sure, reminds me of Sigourney Weaver, and I fully trusted her to take me on a journey of letting go and being present. The sounds and music are magical. The only comment is it ends without support of coming back, was a little jarring to hear Namaste deep in the meditation.

Absolutely sublime. I was holding a lot of tension and stress this morning, and this meditation was like a warm tingling sensation of relaxation that washed all over me. The times I would get distracted, the speaker’s words would bring me right back to center. Definitely bookmarking again!
