Amanda is a Certified Health & Life Coach and Yoga Nidra Instructor holding additional certifications in meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, holistic health & holistic nutrition. After suffering through her own chronic health conditions and healing through nervous system regulation, she uses her training and personal experience to help others better manage daily stressors and recover from chronic illness.
