every day of this course was helpful and insightful. Easy to understand and it added so much depth to the path I’m already on. It’s one of those courses as soon as I finish it. I’ll start back again on day one. I know I’ll get something new every time I go through it. Thank you .

Thanks for the reminder and I learned this as cognitive defusion as an ACT skill. I like it and it’s hard to remember to use it, so I will write it down now, put it where I can see it and practice, cuz that’s how things get easier. I appreciate your work Happy Buddha!

Beautiful course! I loved the casual and authentic manner of speaking, I loved the repitition, and that it kept coming back to the core theme of Presence with new pointers. Most of all I loved the energy and tone of the teacher. The light-hearted laughs, the calm, joyful demeaner. Surychitta is true to his name! 🙏💛

Thank you Suryacitta, this meditation struck an important cord today. The open welcoming of painful emotions breaks something gently open, a shift...a different strength indeed. I will definitely repeat this one too, and practice. I would really like to listen to more sessions on this theme, or maybe a (short) course someday? Acceptance can be quite a struggle at times...

“Gremlins” is what I call mt “little mes.” I’ve sent them on vacation. They didn’t want to leave. I encouraged them that they needed a rest and they could come back. They left. It has felt good. They must be enjoying themselves because they haven’t come back, or maybe they have learned they are no longer welcome. Bye, bye. 👋
