That was great. Thank you! I loved the more up beat music rather than the normal meditative type music. It put an extra lilt in my step.

Thank you Kerry. I smiled as I read your blurb and listened to your message because I had attracted to me exactly what I needed to hear. I am doing a course on illuminating my magic and letting go of shame, forgiving myself for seeking validation outside of myself, especially in terms of seeking approval from the patriarchy and the ‘gaze of man’ as if I’m incomplete without it. It’s what my teen was entrained for. Now I choose to gaze within for my validation and acceptance, to ‘see’ my Self in all her glory, for the only opinion about me that counts, is mine! I appreciate you. 💐
