This mini breathing exercise is for anyone who feels lost and unsure of themselves.

I'm going to list a few prompts and every time you hear the word breath,

You're going to take a deep breath.

When all feels lost,

Remember your breath.

When your internal and external worlds are overwhelming,

Remember your breath.

When you feel confused and unsure of yourself,

Remember your breath.

When you feel down and without much hope,

Remember your breath.

When you're afraid of what comes next,

Remember your breath.

No matter what happens,

Remember your breath.
