excellent! i love hearing love loving on itself. thank you for the reminder that we are more than our thoughts, that this love can carry it all - all the fear, negativity, aggression, violence - without breaking a sweat, without lifting a finger, without overgiving, without overwhelming itself. it just is what it is. radiating, shining, singing, vibrating, humming. and we're a part of it. floating in goodness. in greatness. like the sweetest eternal kiss. ❤️😁🙏

thank you, this was beautiful. i love all your meditations. This is my understanding of love as well. I don't always feel it, but I know this to be the truth of things. lots of meditation, ongoing mindfulness, and plant medicine taught me this. I tapped into a channel of love that is always accessible. and now I get a lot of messages from Love (it's a capital L) that I write down. the messages are very similar to what you're saying. i think you'd like my substack Self-Love, Sisterhood, and Psychedelics. A commitment to love myself no matter what turned my midlife crisis into a midlife awakening and now i feel excited about life again. ❤️🙏

beautiful! i felt the love oozing from your voice. meditation and plant medicine have helped me come to the same conclusions about self-love. it is a portal to agape/universal love. we start to see the "self" is made up of everyone and everything coming into our vast awareness. there is no difference between us and them. no true separation even science shows up that - that we're mostly open space. and the unified field is this love. thank you. ❤️🙏💕
