Just feel your seat in the chair,
Or wherever you're at.
And this is a time of celebration,
For the light entering the world is you.
Before you took your first breath,
You were light,
Centered,
Fluid.
How can one be centered and fluid?
Because you're always in the center,
So you can move as you need.
And this light centered,
And it was you.
And you communicated to the earth that you were a seed,
Ready to grow.
And the atmosphere welcomed you,
And earth welcomed you,
And your mother's womb welcomed you.
And as you entered the womb,
You hibernated there,
Re-centering in a new space,
But no less centered.
And as you centered,
You grounded through your mother's feet to this earth,
And the earth welcomed you.
Welcome home.
Welcome light.
Welcome light of the world.
We're so glad you're here.
And parts of you planted in this earth,
And rooted.
Even as you were in this womb,
You were already connected.
So relax,
And remember that self is centered.
That you are centered,
And that you are the light that you've been looking for.
You are the silence that you've been looking for.
You are the stillness.
And you radiate out that same peace and stillness,
No matter what is going on around you.
Whether it's a teeming mall,
Or a household where everyone is running around,
Or there is sickness,
Or there is loss.
You are still as centered,
As connected,
And you are the light.
