Session one: What is self love and how to do it! If you want to get a real experience of loving yourself, this is the course for you. In this session we experience where we generate self love from and how to do it. We move beyond basic self care into a relationship with our own being of love. We untangle the idea of selfishness, indulgence and greed when we love ourselves. It is how we can learn to love others as well. Session two: What do we do when we extend that love to others and they reject it. How do we deal with the hurt and remain open hearted after rejection. Buckle up for the discovery you will make about rejection. Session three: How self love leads to unconditional love and the expansion of consciousness. We recognize our oneness and realize their is ONLY self love. Self Love expands consciousness. Session four: Becoming gracious with receiving help and sharing self love. People will begin to experience self love through your presence. And finally, how self love changes the way you perceive your looks in a mirror.
