Deb Poole specializes in guiding individuals and groups into deep states of rest, resilience, and renewal through the practices of Yoga Nidra and breathwork. Her facilitation blends ancient meditation with modern breath science to help people regulate stress, reconnect with their bodies, and discover a greater sense of balance and wholeness. The first inception of Deb’s work began in 2017, when she founded Heart Centered You as a life coach dedicated to helping others move through life’s challenges. In 2022, she opened The Plunge Houz, a community-driven wellness space where she integrated breathwork, meditation, and cold exposure therapy to support nervous system healing and resilience. Each of these chapters laid the foundation for the emergence of Wild Rest Sanctuary — a growing vision dedicated to reclaiming rest as a sacred, radical act of healing and remembrance.
