We can sometimes get entangled in negative thoughts which lead to difficult emotions and feelings. Using MBCT techniques, let us move the awareness from these thoughts and feelings to what is reality now - the body. Noticing that everything changes even whilst we sit and observe, this is an excellent meditation to practise moving awareness. It will enable us to not get sucked into narratives or unwanted thoughts and emotions.
