Welcome to this meditation called motivation and welcome to building a strong connection to motivate oneself and its wonderful rewards.

Let's begin.

Please get comfortable,

Seated or laying down and wrap yourself in comfort.

Now first please move,

Move your eyes up.

Feel a stretch as the eyes look up high.

Then please lower the eyes onto yourself.

And finally look straight ahead.

Now close the right eye and close the left eye.

Let's work the breath and really connect to motivation and its rewards.

So at the count of five I would like you to take a big deep breath in.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And hold that big breath inside.

Hold it for five seconds.

And ready to release it with motivation.

Let's exhale the next breath at the count of five with an open mouth and drop the tongue fully out like a panting dog.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Fully exhale with an open mouth.

Drop the tongue out like a panting dog thinking motivation.

Ready to repeat at the count of five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Fully exhale with an open mouth.

Drop the tongue out like a panting dog thinking motivation.

Please close the mouth and focus on the nose.

Let's breathe with the nasal pathways separately at the count of five by simply resting the right hand now over the right side of the nose to encourage the air to go only through the left nasal.

Ready?

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathe now into the left side of the nose only.

Simply follow the air going in and out the left nasal and the word motivation.

Create some nice long air movement through the left nasal.

Just follow with motivation.

Let's move the right hand to fully rest beside you and the left hand to the left side of the nose resting onto it to encourage the air flow through the right nasal pathways at the count of five.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Now follow the air going in and out the right side of the nose and create some nice long air movements.

Just follow the air with motivation.

Let's now rest both hands by your side and breathe naturally now through the nose itself and then breathe out of the mouth.

Follow the air in the nose with motivation and out the mouth with motivation.

Continue to do long breathing through the nose and out of the mouth.

Connect to the word motivation.

And at the count of five we will close the mouth and breathe just through the nose naturally.

Three,

Four,

Five.

Breathing through the nose only.

Breathing in and out nice and long and see the word motivation light as air.

Please create a gentle,

A very gentle smile and link the smile with motivation.

Let the body very gently rise softly with your breathing.

Let's continue and feel you are igniting all your senses to being a motivated person and its wonderful rewards.

Now see in the mind's eye connecting to a beautiful shining white flower at the top of your head and at the count of five all five shining white petals will open perfectly to support that motivation.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Let the first shining white petal connect to physical motivation.

Breathing in and out physical motivation.

Let the second shining white petal connect to emotional motivation.

Breathing in and out emotional motivation.

Let the third shining white petal connect to mental motivation.

Breathing in and out mental motivation.

Let the fourth shining white petal connect to spiritual motivation.

Breathing in and out spiritual motivation.

And the fifth petal,

The shining fifth petal connect to I am.

Simply breathe in and out I am.

Now please focus on the centre of your heart,

The shining white flower,

The heart centre of this flower,

Connecting all the five shining white petals.

Feel a rise in the centre of your heart all the way up to the flower itself.

Connect the centre of the flower with your heart centre.

And connect the smile to both these hearts.

Feel a oneness with the rewards of fully motivated,

Feeling fully alive.

See the future and the now opening a loving heart direction.

For step by step stepping into your power with motivation.

Feel a oneness of simply flowing.

Please enjoy this moment of oneness with yourself.

And with this wonderful and beautiful feeling and guided heart connection ready to put into action lots of motivation.

And breathing in direction.

We will wake to the count of ten,

Feeling recharged and fully motivated.

And one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

Ready now to open your eyes.

Eyes opening,

Fully open the eyes.

Please focus on your feet.

Stretch the feet,

Move the toes.

To feeling grounded to earth now.

And fully motivated.
