Dynamic Breathwork is the worlds leading breathwork practice for stimulating the immune system, preparng for exercise, imcreasing viatlity and much more. This breathwork practice is powerful and is best enjoyed every day.

Breath of Fire
Breath of Fire is an ancient Yogic breathing technique that is energizing and invigorating. This technique is designed to bring the body vitality and stimulation when needed. It also acts as a great diaphragm exercise.

Dragons Breath
Dragons Breath is a breathing technique that combines Breath of Fire and deep foundational breathing. Ths technique is great to do before meditation, or in the morning during your morning routine.

Heart Opening Breathwork
Heart Opening Breathwork is a Breathing technique that is deisgned to open the heart space and bring you back to love.

Anxiety Relief Breathwork
Anxiety relief breathwork is a breathing technique designed to help ease anxiety and deepen your breath, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This helps to create a relaxed and peaceful state of being.

Dynamic Breathwork (Advanced)
Advanced Dynamic Breathwork is the big brother of Beginner Dynamic Breathwork. The breath holds are longer and the breathing is a bit faster, making for a more intense and advanced breathwork experience.

Thank you for these sessions. I really love the dynamic breathwork and while I'm great at the beginner one I still have some work to do on my breath holds for the advanced. I am looking for ways to cope with daily stress and will be using these lessons as much as I can. Thank you!

I really like this course except for day 6. The way he spoke in that one bothered me and I couldn’t listen to it, but I’m sure it would have been a great breathwork practise like all the other ones in this course.

Like always it was an honor. As a seasoned practitioner of breathwork I tried this in a different setting, after a rough couple of months, I needed a reboot. Together with plant medicine I did all 7 days as a 6h hour session, I ended it with a sauna some burned sage, and finally a cold shower, I feel like a million $, 💕
