Goal Setting
You will learn the 4 core values contained within this course and the importance of dedicating yourself to them. You will begin to think about what it is you want for your body mind and spirit and then set goals so that you can feel the amazing emotions that await you once you reach them. At the end of day 1 you will be given your challenge to do before you tackle Day 2.

Finding your Powerful Why
In day 2 we are going to get clear on your big WHY! Here is why this matters. It’s important to have a big why because if you don’t have a clear why, you may get started but you won’t follow through and be consistent in the long run. However, when you are clear as to why this matters to you and why this is massively beneficial to you, you won’t just start, you’ll follow through and commit to your own transformation!

Starting to Feel More Motivated
In day 3 you will be given the opportunity do a healthy challenge for your body mind and spirit. One of the main focuses of today’s challenge will be to illuminate the energy inside you that allows you to dream again. As adults we tend to forget about our dreams. Your dreams and passions are important to your well-being and you have a right to fulfill them. I believe our Creator wants this for us.

Establishing the Three Key Pillars to Lasting Health
The purpose of day 4 is to establish the principals of lasting health so that you can experience long-term success.Your goals will be completely inevitable if you focus on mastering these.

The Importance of Relationships
As you begin to change you may find that the relationships in your life also change. As you raise your vibration, some friendships may fall away and new ones may develop. Relationships with key people will be very important as you move forward on your transformation.
Leçon 6
A Guide to Honoring your Body and Mind
Day 6 focus is to deepen the respect for your body and mind. You will learn to look at your body with renewed love, graditude and respect. We will review yesterday's challenge and you will receive a new challenge for mind and spirit combined, and one for your body.
Leçon 7
Setting Yourself Up for Lasting Success
In day 7 you will learn how to continue on your upward journey even beyond the goals you have set for your body, mind and spirit.
