Confidence, Clarity & Power With 320Hz

Confidence, Clarity and Power are what this meditation is about. We all have dreams, and sometimes we have forgotten and buried them. No matter how small or how big, our dreams and passions are important to our well-being. We have a right to fulfill them and I truly believe the Creator wants this for us. This practice will help you to illuminate and utilize the energy that resides in your solar plexus chakra. This guided practice is infused with Reiki and focused around 320Hz.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Take another deep breath in and slowly exhale.

And take one more deep breath in,

Exhaling all the way out.

I want you to close your eyes and think about one of your dreams.

It could be to become a successful working actor,

Playing a musical instrument,

Designing your dream home,

Whatever it is for you.

You have buried this dream for years.

Now it's time to find where you have hid it.

Bring the image of your dream in front of you and place it in the area of your body between your navel and your ribcage.

Now bring to mind an image of yourself as your ideal self,

The self you truly wish to show the world.

What would you be wearing?

Where would you be?

What would the expression look like on your face?

Give this image of yourself as much detail as you can.

Now place this image with the other one.

Look at both of these right now where you have placed them between your navel and ribcage.

And now visualize a beautifully lustrous yellow gemstone in front of you.

Sparkling and gleaming.

Look how beautiful it is.

Notice all the details of this gemstone.

It is so bright that yellow beams are coming out of it.

This gemstone belongs to you.

You may take it now.

Hold it in the palm of your hand.

Now place it where you placed your dream and your ideal self image.

Place it there with those images.

Notice how its bright yellow beams are beginning to grow and are now reaching your dream image and your ideal self image.

The beams are shining right through these images.

Now they are reaching even beyond these images.

The yellow light beams coming from this lustrous gemstone are now permeating and penetrating your entire solar plexus reaching out even further to the space in front of you.

From inside you the beams are reaching out even further.

Watch now as these yellow beams reach outward from inside you.

This bright yellow light is attracting everything you need to fulfill your dreams to become that powerful person you are meant to be.

Strong,

Powerful person.

There is never a need to show anyone how powerful you are because they will see it naturally as your personal light shines.

Take some time now to stay in this beautiful,
