By practicing this meditation,
You will open the communication between you and your animal.
It will help you to understand what your animal is trying to communicate to you,
And it will help you to communicate with love and respect.

Let's begin by deeply breathing in and out,
Slow,
Long breaths.
As you inhale,
Visualize the air traveling from just below your belly button up to the center of your neck.
As you exhale,
Visualize the air traveling back down below your navel.
Repeat this five times very slowly.
As you exhale,
Visualize the air traveling back down below your navel.
Now,
As you inhale,
Visualize inflating your belly,
Then chest.
Then as you exhale,
Deflating the chest and deflating the belly.
If it helps,
Place your hands one on belly and one on chest.
Repeat this breathing for some time.
Soften your breath now and just focus on the air coming in and out of your nostrils.
Stay here.
With closed eyes,
Focus on the area of your throat.
See a beautiful blue light as you breathe in and out.
The color of this blue gets more and more vivid as you continue to focus on it.
Now visualize your animal.
See this same blue light also radiating at the top of their neck.
Now see your blue light slowly radiating out toward each other and now reaching each other.
Feel the connection between you now.
Focus into this for some time.
We don't speak the same language yet we still communicate with each other.
I see your ears,
Your tail.
I slow down.
I watch you.
I look into your eyes.
I tell a story about you.
You make sounds to try to communicate.
I slow down and I watch you.
I observe your body.
I listen to the tone of your sound at any given time.
Then I breathe.
I see our blue light connecting.
I slow down.
I observe with all my senses.
I know that you understand what is said around you,
About you,
About others.
My words are kind toward you.
