This course on Discovering Kabbalah reveals the secrets to ancient Kabbalistic teachings, golden rules and tools you can master to bring more fulfillment in your life. Each of the 10 session guides you in uncovering ways around the limitations of rational thought and pushes you to live outside of your “box”. By journaling and through guided meditations, you discover how the Kabbalistic lens offers a unique perspective from which you can improve the quality of your life – and the world around you.

Leçon 1: The Big Picture

In this session, you will learn how the wisdom of Kabbalah allows you to regularly tap into to a higher state of consciousness so you can support your process of change and growth. The wisdom of Kabbalah explains that world peace will come through the personal transformation of individuals. The whole world exists for each one of us so we can do our spiritual work and in the end, everything will be good. But if we don’t know what the rules of this world are, it is very difficult to play the game of life. This session will give you the foundation for the work to come in this course and in your daily life.

Leçon 2: Tikkun, the Correction of Our Soul

In this session, you will learn how to begin the process of correction that your soul came to this world to achieve allowing you to earn abundance in all aspects of your life. Kabbalah teaches that every soul comes to this world with something to correct so that we can grow and become complete, through our own efforts. Without effort, lasting fulfillment is difficult to achieve and sustain. Through this session, you will gain an understanding and appreciation of the impact your past lives have on your world now and how to use this knowledge to shape your days in an elevated way.

Leçon 3: The Story of Creation

In this session, you will learn there is a Kabbalistic explanation for how everything was created, the purpose of this world and the purpose of life. The Kabbalists teach Creation continues to affect us every day because of the seeds planted at that moment. Our desire for endless fulfillment and to be a Creator lives on in us and drives our choices and life path. Grasp how we can continue the process of Creation building a world of serenity around ourselves and others.

Leçon 4: The Structure of the Universe

In this session, you will learn there is a curtain that exists between the physical world and the spiritual world. This curtain is there so we can earn the fulfillment the Creator sends us each day. If we connected directly to the Light of the Creator, we would short circuit. The Ten Sefirot provide a structure through which blessings can be channeled in a way that when combined with our growth process allows for an endless universal flow. This session defines the structure of the universe and provides a key to connect in a balanced way.

Leçon 5: The True Opponent

In this session, you will learn that the secret to a fulfilling life, the Kabbalists say, is to overcome our Tikkun through effort and transformation. If we had no obstacles, there would be no effort. Therefore, the force of the Opponent was created…to test us. Kabbalah explains the Opponent is not an external force, but rather a voice inside of us pushing us to become better versions of ourselves each day. The Opponent is clever, always scheming and thinking 5 steps ahead. Uncover your Opponent so you can restart your process to overcome it in a more enlightened way and grow.

Leçon 6: The Power Of Pausing

In this session, you will learn that when we stop and push back on what we want we are not turning our back on opportunities. The Kabbalists share one of the most powerful tools the universe offers us is the action of pausing. When we pause, we become the Creators or our world, not the effect. At that moment, we take charge and can do so much to share, grow, and see the blessings all around us. Experience the power of the pause. See what happens as you take that extra beat and become the Creator of that moment. Feel then how the Universe provides the answers.

Leçon 7: The Proactive Formula

In this session, you will learn that when the Opponent challenges us with bumps in the road of our daily life, we often lose the ability to see clearly, to have compassion for ourselves and others or make decisions that will have a positive outcome. Kabbalistic wisdom explains when we become proactive in our lives instead of reactive we are able to activate our higher consciousness allowing us to make better decisions. When we act proactively we are asking the Light to be a part of the process as our partner. During this session, you will receive the formula that Kabbalists have used for thousands of years to access their higher internal power and create the world they want to see around them.

Leçon 8: Windows In Time

In this session, you will learn that just like there are physical windows in time to plant seeds, there are also metaphysical windows of time to plant spiritual seeds that bear fruit in our life. There are optimum times to make decisions and connect with certain energy and times it is better not to do so. Kabbalists have been using these windows for millennia to support their spiritual process. This session provides an understanding of the opportunities to tap into these windows of time, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. You will discover how to use these cosmic openings to sustain your growth and transformation.

In this session, you will learn a universal tool delivered to you through understanding and meditation that will change your view of sharing. What we normally think of as “sharing” the Kabbalists call giving.
