Find a comfortable position for your body where you can relax slowly and gently.

Close your eyes.

Begin to focus on your breath.

Feeling your body with every breath that you take.

Paying attention to the movements of your chest as you breathe in and breathe out.

Noticing how your breath feels in your mouth,

Through your nose.

Letting yourself connect deeply to your breath.

Focusing on three breaths.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine the light with your breath moving from the tip of your toes up your body,

Up to the crown of your head.

When you get to the crown of your head,

Hold your breath for the count of three.

And then release your breath back down your body.

Again,

As light,

Visualizing the light moving back down your body through your breath.

Again,

Breathing in,

Breathing in the light.

Feeling it moving up your body to the crown of your head.

Holding your breath for the count of three.

And then releasing it back down your body.

And one more time,

Breathing in,

Breathing in the light,

Letting it fill up your body up to the crown of your head.

Holding your breath for three.

And then releasing and relaxing.

Your breath back down your body as you see the lights moving with your breath down your body to the tip of your toes.

And feeling relaxed,

Pay attention to the surface beneath you.

And that it's a giant sponge absorbing all the weight of your body.

And as you feel your body sinking into this giant sponge,

Let your spiritual body feel released.

Let it feel free.

Let it move and journey higher and higher,

Moving into the upper worlds.

And for the next few moments in time,

Let yourself be free.

Let go of anything that's holding you back,

That's holding you down.

And ask your mind to help you focus during this meditation.

Any distractions,

Any thoughts,

Let yourself become aware of them and let them move you into a deeper meditative state.

Notice how your body feels free.

And if there's any place that feels tension,

Ask it to relax.

Relax your mind,

Relax your face,

Relax your shoulders and your neck,

Relax your spine,

Relax your belly,

Speak to your internal organs,

Letting them know that they can relax.

Relax your hips,

Relax your legs,

Your ankles,

Your feet.

Relax your whole body.

Notice your whole body feels relaxed.

Focus on the area of your legs.

Let go of any place in your thighs and your knees and your legs,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

Where you're holding onto any tension.

Coming up to the area of your lower abdomen,

Focusing on your reproductive organs,

Your chest,

Relaxing that area of your body.

Releasing any tension,

Any stress,

Any challenges.

Coming up to your stomach area,

Focusing on the inside,

On your internal organs,

Your intestine.

Imagine it relaxed.

Letting your entire solar plexus,

Stomach area know that it's okay to relax,

It's okay to let go.

Coming up to the region of your chest and your heart,

Relax.

Let your heart know it's okay to let go.

It's okay to flow,

It's okay to relax.

Coming up to your throat,

Your voice.

Let your throats know that it's okay to let go.

It's okay to relax.

Coming up to the area in the middle of your forehead,

Right above your eyebrows.

Let your mind know that it's okay to relax.

It's okay to let go.

Coming up,

Your mind's with light,

A new light,

A calm light.

Asking that calmness to move through you,

To come into your body from the spiritual atmosphere above,

And to descend down through your consciousness,

Through your mind.

Allow yourself to receive the light.

Allow yourself to receive the light as it journeys,

Fills up your mind and it moves down to your throat.

Your system,

It resets your system.

Plugging you into new words,

New expression,

New communication.

Moving down to your heart,

Allowing the light to expand through your heart,

Through your chest,

Renewing you,

Filling you up with a new light,

New love,

New opening for relationships.

A new view of attraction.

Allow yourself to receive this light.

Moving down to the area of your stomach,

Solar plexus.

Feel the light flowing into your body,

Gifting you with confidence,

With a renewal of trust.

Moving down your body to your abdomen,

Allow the light to come into the area of your lower abdomen,

Renewing,

Resetting,

Energizing you,

Gifting you with abundance.

Visualizing this light up and down your spine,

With the energy of constant renewal.

And then allow the light to fill up the area of your legs,

Resetting your body with every step that you take forward.

Your body is filled with light.

You can feel it.

You're ready to walk forward on the path of the light.

Visualize yourself walking forward,

Seeing your body filled with light and seeing your footprints leaving marks of light with every step you take.

Once you're ready,

You can slowly and gently connect back to your body.

Begin by wiggling your toes and becoming aware of your fingers,

Wiggling them as well.

Slowly and gently,

You can open your eyes,

Becoming aware of your breath,

Enjoying the feeling of the sense of renewal and the knowing that that spiritual world is always there for you.

It's available for you to be able to access any time you desire.
