Awakening Creative Essence

This course will take you through the 7 chakras in the physical body. It includes a brief explanation of the chakra and a technique to awaken and enliven each chakra for spiritual embodiment so that you begin living fully as your true magnificent self.

Leçon 1: Chakra 1- I Belong

At the base of the spine and pelvic floor is the part of our consciousness connecting to belonging. When we awaken the energy of the root we have more vitality and mastery of our life.

Leçon 2: Chakra 2- The Wisdom Center

We are sensory beings, made to sense and feel our way though life. Chakra 2 holds our deep core wisdom. When active we can handle and process emotions more easily.

Leçon 3: Chakra 3- Personal Power

The mind field is anchored in chakra 3. Feelings of anxiousness, fear, and worry can be resolved as we learn to breathe and stretch open the contracted muscles of the solar plexus.

Leçon 4: Chakra 4- Heart Coherence

Research has shown our heart has an intelligence of its own. When we come into heart coherence the mind, heart, and emotions all come into a rhythm that activates healing.

Leçon 5: Chakra 5- Living Your Truth

As creative beings we are here to create a life that we love. Living into that happens as we awaken and connect to the deep truth within us and begin manifesting our dreams.

Leçon 6: Chakra 6- Timeless Presence

There is a deep part of you, the real you, that has been with you always. The energy of the third eye hold this essence of your divinity as you come into your being.

Leçon 7: Chakra 7- Divinity Coming Into Form

The crown chakra is like a thousand petaled lotus, always open receiving your divine light from the heavens. When your crown is open and balanced you will achieve your dreams and be at peace.

Leçon 8: Your Energy Works Together

The energy centers of the body may be discussed and taught separately, but ultimately they are all a part of your wholeness and they work together.This lesson is an activity to integrate the chakras so they work together and support your awakening.
