Research has shown that the heart has an intelligence of its own.
Our heart sends more messages to our brain and body than the brain does.
And when we come into heart coherence,
The heart,
The mind,
And the emotions are all in alignment.
Moving through life in heart coherence leads to a sense of peace and ease,
And healing happens from within.
Let's begin by taking a nice deep breath and clearing the central channel with a ha.
Do that again and follow the vibration from your throat chakra right down the channel into your root,
Inhaling.
Be sure that you're seated or lying in a way that the central channel is in alignment.
Begin to relax the muscles around your eyes,
Your shoulders,
And your hips.
Find a slow and steady breath,
Anchoring the mind to the breath as it moves in and out of the body.
And if you're familiar with the anchor points that I teach from the energy codes,
Finding them now,
A slight lift of the pelvic floor,
A gentle squeeze at the heart space,
Rolling the eyes up and constricting the throat as you begin to breathe with a bit of a sound vibration coming from the throat chakra.
These anchor points help to bring our mind more deeply into the core of the body,
Into the space where our chakra system is the most dense.
And we can create more change within by breathing from this deep core central channel.
Take a breath now as if you're breathing in from above your head,
Right down through the center of your brain,
Through your throat,
Into your heart chakra.
And exhale from the heart down through the solar plexus,
The sacral chakra,
The root.
Imagine exhaling down into the earth,
Two feet beneath your body.
And taking a breath from the earth now up into the body through the tailbone,
The belly and the solar plexus.
Breathe it up into the heart space.
And when you exhale,
Exhale up through the channel,
Out the top of your head.
Taking another breath from above one more time through the channel,
Breathing behind the eyes and through the throat and into the heart space.
And exhaling down through the lower chakras,
Dropping the breath and the energy into the earth.
Feeling how the body is even more relaxed,
Even more at ease.
Now direct your attention to the center of your chest,
The heart chakra.
You may want to place a hand on your heart to feel even more connected,
More anchored there.
And begin to imagine as you breathe in and out that you are breathing from the heart chakra.
Each inhalation the heart chakra expands,
Glows a bit brighter.
And each exhalation,
This glow,
This loving energy emanates in all directions from the heart.
Imagine breathing in from all directions into the heart as it expands.
And exhaling,
Sending that loving energy out in all directions,
Infusing it into your body.
Breathing in and feeling the softening,
The opening of the heart chakra.
And breathing out and infusing your body with this energy of love and light.
Continue in this way,
Breathing from all directions into the heart and exhaling out in all directions.
Perhaps seeing this glow get brighter and brighter as it begins to travel through your body.
This light touching every cell,
Muscle and bone and filling the spaces between the cells with the energy of love,
Of high frequency light.
Breathing it in from every direction deep into the core of your heart chakra and exhaling it out not only in the body but now beyond the body.
Breathing that love out into the room.
With an inhale,
Filling more and more of it,
Filling up the heart chakra.
And with an exhale,
Sending it out in all directions.
It is the love that you are made of.
It is divine.
It is pure and it is tender.
Feel that love deep within you moving through you and surrounding you.
Allow yourself to receive it.
As you receive it,
More and more pours into the system.
Be in this energy of love for the next few moments.
As we drop in and feel this love expand from deep within our core,
It becomes palpable.
The energy around the body begins to thicken.
Keep breathing in and out of your heart space but gently lift your hands.
Feeling them as if through water,
A thickness around you.
Just notice if you can feel that thickness that you have created by focusing all of your awareness in the heart space.
This is the energy of love.
The essence of who you are.
And if you can't feel it,
Don't worry.
Over time,
The more you train the mind to find this high frequency energy,
The easier it will be to feel it and to return to it whenever you wish.
Now take a breath from above your head.
Draw it down through the channel into your heart and with an exhale send it down into the earth.
Moving through your day with your come from as the energy of love.
