The 7 Day Manifestation Challenge is a simple, powerful journey designed to help you reconnect with what really matters to you. Over the course of one week, you’ll explore your values, your vision, and the energy you bring into each day, through short, guided sessions that combine breathwork, visualisation, and real-life reflection. This challenge will help you tune into the person you want to be, the life you want to live, and learn how to move toward it intentionally, confidently, and with clarity. Regardless of what you're seeking, it could be a better social circle, more money, a successful career, a healthy life or personal fulfilment, this challenge helps you make space for it. And all I need from you is 15 minutes a day, a notebook, and a willingness to show up honestly. Because when you do, things will begin to shift.

In this session, you’ll be guided to slow down, grab a pen, and get radically honest with yourself about what you’re calling into your life. Whether you're manifesting a feeling, a lifestyle, or something bold and specific, this is where it all begins. Bring your journal… and don’t hold back.

Manifesting The Person You Want To Become
Before you start manifesting goals or outcomes, it helps to connect with the version of yourself you want to become. This session guides you to reflect on who you are when you're living in alignment. When your habits, energy, and choices reflect the kind of person you feel proud to be. Through breathing, visualisation, gratitude, and gentle reflection, you’ll reconnect with that version of you… and begin to bring it forward.

Manifesting The Life You Want To Build
You don’t have to build a life that looks good on paper, you have to build one that feels good to live in. This session invites you to imagine a day in your life where things actually flow. From the moment you wake up to the way you move through work, rest, connection, and freedom—you’ll explore what a life that truly suits you looks like. Through breathwork, visualisation, and gentle reflection, you’ll start creating that life from the inside out, one clear, intentional moment at a time.

Manifesting A Meaningful Accomplishment
You don’t have to wait for the “perfect time” to start building something that matters to you. In this session, you’ll focus on a goal, project, or dream that’s been calling your name- and visualise yourself calmly and confidently bringing it to life. Whether it’s a creative idea, a career milestone, or a personal challenge, you’ll connect with the feeling of making real progress without the burnout. It’s just you, focusing on something that matters, one honest step at a time.

Manifesting The People You Want In Your Life
The people in your life have a huge impact on your well-being, mindset, and direction. In this session, you’ll take time to reflect on the kind of relationships that genuinely support you. Whether it’s friendships, a partner, mentors, or simply people who bring good energy. You’ll be guided to visualise meaningful connection, honest communication, and the feeling of being valued for who you are.

Manifesting Your Personal Space
Your physical environment plays a big role in how you think, feel, and function. In this session, you’ll be guided to reflect on the kind of space that supports your wellbeing and creativity. Whether that’s your home, workspace, or somewhere you spend a lot of time. You’ll visualise a space that feels calming, clear, and personal. One that reflects who you are and the life you're building.

Manifesting Abundance
Abundance isn’t just about money, it’s about how supported you feel across all areas of your life. In this session, you’ll reflect on the forms of abundance that matter most to you, whether that’s financial stability, more time, stronger relationships, or peace of mind. Through breathing and visualisation, you’ll explore what it feels like to live from a place of enough, rather than lack, and open the door to more of it.

Manifesting An Overall Successful Life
Success means something different to everyone, but the version that matters most is the one that feels right to you. In this final session, you’ll be guided to step back and look at your life as a whole. You will explore what success looks and feels like when it’s based on your values, your priorities, and your idea of fulfilment (as opposed to external expectations). This is the perfect space to connect with balance, purpose, and a sense of direction you can carry forward.
