I am so grateful you are here and welcome as we embrace the end of this day and prepare ourselves for a wonderful night's sleep.
A good night's sleep allows you to repair and restore your body.
And just laying down and getting comfortable,
Closing our eyes,
Tells our body that it's time for cell renewal,
Digestion reset,
And building our immune systems,
Rejuvenation.
So there's so many positive benefits to this time and just allowing ourselves to sink in and surrender to the moment and just allow ourselves to let go and just let go of the day and any tension,
Anything we're holding onto.
The only thing we need to do right now is make ourselves as comfortable as possible.
So how can you get a little bit more comfortable?
Can you make any adjustments to make yourself feel even more comfortable and even more relaxed as you feel the sheets on your skin,
The air on your face,
Feel your mattress supporting you?
And breathe in and out gently through your nose and pay attention to the air as it goes in through your nose and gently out through your nose,
Feeling more and more relaxed with each breath.
Is there an intention you would like to make as you fall asleep?
Your subconscious will continue working for you,
So plant some seeds that will blossom as you fall asleep.
Maybe your intention is sending healing energy throughout your body.
Maybe your intention is to release anything you may be holding onto.
Maybe your intention is inner peace within or perhaps an intention of gratitude,
Of thankfulness,
Of truly feeling blessed for all that you have.
Now just take another deep breath in and just slowly and gently exhale when you're ready.
You truly feel ready to drift off into sleep.
Peace and gratitude throughout your body.

Being surrounded by peace and love,
Allow your body to relax more and more,
Feeling extra tired and just allowing yourself to drift off to sleep.
Notice your feet and your toes feeling relaxed.
Your legs are sinking into the earth.
Your legs feel relaxed and at ease.
Your stomach is relaxed.
You notice your back touching the earth,
Feeling so,
So relaxed,
Calm,
Feeling heavy in some areas but also feeling light at the same time.
Peace and love coming from your heart,
Your arms laying so softly.
Neck and shoulders are completely relaxed,
Really just allowing yourself to let go,
Let go.
Your jaw and tongue are relaxed and your head feels heavy and peaceful and calm.
A wave of relaxation comes over you.
Your whole body feels an airy lightness melting into the mattress,
So peaceful and effortless.
Imagine yourself walking into a beautiful meadow,
Serene,
Safe,
Surrounded by trees and a flowing water stream,
Just as peaceful as can be.
And as you walk through,
You're wearing flowy clothing that gently moves with the breeze.
The trees are calm,
A gentle yet familiar feeling in this beautiful place.
You touch the leaves of the trees as you walk through.
They feel soft on your fingers.
You notice the space in between each touch.
The space between each touch of the leaves reminds you of the silence between musical notes.
The silence and the space is where you reside as you walk deeper and deeper and walking deeper into the meadow.
In the meadow,
You notice a beautiful bed with a canopy and white flowing drapes blowing in the wind,
And white flowing drapes gently moving with the breeze.
You slowly walk over and climb into the bed as you rest your head on the pillow and pull the sheets up.
You feel so relaxed.
You've never felt so comfortable and so ready for sleep.
In this space,
In this place,
In this beautiful serene meadow,
You again relax every part of your body from your toes to your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs,
Your buttocks,
Your stomach and all your organs,
Everything just feeling relaxed.
Your heart is so peaceful,
Your shoulders are relaxed and you feel calm and safe.
Each finger is relaxed.
Sleep is easy for you when you feel this relaxed.
Your brain relaxes,
Allowing creativity to be fully accessible.
Relax your eyes,
Your nose,
Notice how the air passes and this flow helps you to relax.
Relax your mouth and your tongue and your throat.
Every single part of you is ready for sleep.
Just enjoy this feeling.
Enjoy this feeling for a moment.
