Meet your Teacher

Amanda Sellers is a certified meditation teacher, breathwork coach, and voice artist whose meditations have been listened to millions of times around the world. Meditation became a huge part of Amanda’s own healing journey as a trauma survivor, and eventually it turned into a calling to help others feel calmer, stronger, and more connected to themselves. Her meditations are used by professional athletes (including runners and ultra runners preparing for race day), in classrooms helping kids with anxiety, and by thousands of people who have taken her Insight Timer courses. Amanda’s style is simple, practical, and heartfelt — helping people regulate their nervous system, build confidence, and come back to themselves. When she’s not recording or teaching, you’ll usually find her hiking, running, practicing yoga, writing, or being a proud mom to her two boys, Beck and Trace.
