My name is Amanda Sellers and I want to acknowledge you for taking this time to turn within.
It's truly an honor to spend these next five minutes with you.
My intention is for us to be aligning and shining by the end of this session.
Rhonda Burns says that gratitude is the great multiplier.
So today we're going to focus on gratitude affirmations because acknowledging the good that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance.
And I know that these affirmations will open your heart to the beauty and wonder of life and in turn give you even more to be grateful for.
So with that in mind,
I invite you to get into a comfortable position.
Have a strong back and a soft front.
Take in a very deep grounded breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let go of anything you're holding onto.
Release your jaw.
Drop your shoulders and sit with pride and purpose.
Open your heart and feel the rays of gratitude beginning to radiate from your heart.
Now out loud or in your mind,
Repeat these affirmations after me and do your best to fill these words with passion and love and really feel them.
Here we go.
I am grateful for this very breath.
My life is filled with blessings,
Big and small.
It's not always easy,
But I'm truly grateful for all the lessons I have learned thus far.
