Day 28.
Calm.
Close your eyes.
Be comfortable in this meditation.
When your feathers are ruffled,
Take a breath.
Think of the colour white.
Take a breath in.
And as you release the breath,
See a clean slate.
See white.
Observe how this white brightness impacts on your calm.
As like a soft white feather quilt.
As if you are lying on firm clouds of pillow white,
Though remaining grounded.
Those secure in knowing that all is well and will be well.
Calm.
Cool.
Collected.
Controlled.
Validated.
Loved.
Heard.
Loving.
Kind.
Peaceful.
Gentle.
There is strength that holds space.
There is lightness and there is firmness.
It's in this calm that focus is clarity.
Where you can see without force the solution.
Calm is the superpower for all things that we do.
When we are calm,
We can perform.
When we are calm,
We can perform well.
This is the place to start.
The place to be.
The place to travel from.
And the place at which to arrive.
Calm.
Like a balm.
When I am at peace,
I feel like I am invincible.
Remain in this presence of calm and observe.
Notice.
Observe your internal world.
The body you inhabit.
The beauty of yourself.
Give gratitude for this time.
Stay here quietly.
Quietly observe.
Quietly observing the space.
Notice the calm.
What does this calm bring you?
What does this peace mean to you?
Scanning your body from head to toe.
Then from toe to head.
As you arrive to your face,
Take your hands to your face.
As if you are washing your face clean and awakening yourself.
Open your eyes and give gratitude for this meditation and time.
