Day 23 My Future Self Sit quietly Close your eyes Hands on your lap,
Palms are facing upwards Focus on the third eye Apply the space between your eyes See this spot as if it is a white light Focus here,
Focus on this spot Make sure that your brow is unfurrowed,
Smooth,
Clear See this spot as a white,
Bright light Imagine and visualise this bright,
White light Like a calm,
Flickering flame Gently warming your intelligence And listen to my voice Who was I?
Who am I?
Who do I want to be?
Who is my future self?
In what way can I bring my future self to me when I am in need?
I know I have the resources within me already to do good When I am unsure,
I can look to my future self for the answers What is it that my future self will do in this situation?
I look to the light of being I look as if I am already there I live it,
I feel it,
And I enable it I allow the flow of life to carry me And I allow the notion of being to enable me to find the right answer I move towards I focus on the important things What I want for myself and what I want for others Today I choose to be who I want to be My difficulties have taught me to choose I grow my experience and I move towards the world that I want to see I make it happen In my example and in the way I conduct myself In my truth I find my future self I look back with a compassionate heart And I nurture my internal light And allow it to shine in my actions In my connections and relationships In my life's work In my play and in my joys and in my sorrows I am ever-changing,
Not static Though one who grows with melds and moulds my intentions to benefit the space I inhabit The places I seek to find,
The people I wish to meet The connections that I make My actions enable possibility I am connected And that connection enables greater connection Here I sit in silence For now I am here My future self is with me And I ask my future self to guide me I open to the wisdom And I find the way
