In this meditation, we bring awareness to the 7 energy centers with the intention of releasing and balancing. Each of the chakras is associated with specific emotions, imbalances and traumas which we will have a look at in order to open, release and heal.

Hello,

My name is Evelina ZabΕ‚ocka and I am very happy to welcome you to this chakra healing meditation.

I am advising you to sit upright in the comfortable position where your spine is straight throughout the practice.

If you cannot sit upright for any reason then you may also choose to lay on your back.

Make sure that your spine is really straight and body relaxed.

And now slowly let's begin by grounding ourselves so ideally if you are sitting just imagine that you are sending your tailbone downwards which helps you to ground your body from the very base of your spine and then just simply scan throughout your spine vertebra by vertebra,

Drawing your awareness upwards all the way up till top of your head sitting more upright and with your next exhalation release any tensions from top of the head all the way down till tips of your toes.

Let's begin to draw awareness into our breath.

So first taking a long deep inhalation allowing your belly,

Your chest to expand and exhaling all the way out allowing your belly and chest to come back in.

Let's repeat it 2 more times long deep inhalation allowing your breath to slow down and exhaling all the way out.

One more breath long deep inhalation feel expansion of your belly deep diaphragmatic breath in and slowly and steadily allow your belly to come back in with the exhalation.

Continue breathing deeply and steadily throughout this practice and now I am inviting you to draw all your awareness to the very base of your spine where your Muladhara chakra your root chakra is located.

First just simply notice how you are feeling about that area of your body taking long deep inhalation right into the base of your spine and imagine exhaling out any impurities from that area.

We will set up balancing tensions for each of our 7 chakras.

So here in Muladhara let's invite feeling of safety,

Feeling of being grounded,

Rooted,

Connected and let's set up intention to release any blockages from that area.

So if you ever felt not safe,

Not secured,

Not supported in your life set up the intention together with me to let go of all those hesitations,

To let go of feeling of lack,

Of not having enough,

Of fear of not having enough in the material way.

Maybe there were some situations in your past when you felt not safe,

Not supported.

Set up intention together with me to let go of all these past events and visualise how much stability is growing in the very base of your spine.

You may visualise roots coming from the earth and connecting you to the earth from the very base of your spine,

Leaving you supported,

Stable and grounded.

Leaving you without fear of not having enough,

Of not being safe,

Of not being supported.

Long deep inhalation right into the base of your spine and exhale this time out through your mouth releasing wherever you want to let go of.

Now slowly draw the awareness higher to the centre of your pelvis where the Swadhishthana chakra is located.

Again simply notice how that space feels for you right now.

Without any judgement simply observe what kind of feelings,

Thoughts,

Emotions are arising in you when your awareness is right in the centre of your pelvis.

Long deep inhalation and complete exhalation.

Here in the centre of our creativity,

Of our sexuality let's set up intention to release any blockages from that area.

If you ever felt that you are disliking,

Disaccepting your own body,

If you ever felt disconnected from your feminine,

From your masculine energy,

If you felt any blockage towards embracing your sexuality let's set up intention to let go of it.

To free our creative power and to embrace all the beauty which is arising right there.

If you were ever hurt,

Traumatised in any kind of sexual relationships just breathe into that area,

Into that space of your pelvis and with intention of releasing breathe it out right through your mouth.

Let's breathe in once again into the centre of the pelvis and exhale letting it go all the way out.

Intention to let go of any shame,

Guilt,

To embrace your sexuality and to fully open your creativity to be freely able to express it.

Long deep inhalation right into the centre of your pelvis and exhale all the way out through your mouth.

Now slowly begin drawing your awareness higher to the centre of your upper belly where Manipura chakra is located.

Again we will begin by noticing how that space feels today,

What kind of energy is being present in here.

Long deep inhalation into your upper belly and exhaling all the way out.

Here in the area of solar plexus,

In the area of power,

Confidence let's set up intention to have that strength,

Have that inner fire burning with its strength,

With its power however without overwhelming balance of that inner fire.

So if you ever felt in your past not strong enough,

Not confident,

If you felt that you have so many dreams,

You want to do so much but you are just not taking step,

You are not taking action in order to manifest this what you truly want,

Let's set up intention to clear ourselves from that hesitation.

Long deep inhalation right into your upper belly.

Exhale all the way out.

Now let's look into the other direction.

If you ever felt that that inner fire is burning with too much power,

If you felt being overwhelmed by anger or maybe by desire,

By being possessive towards things,

Towards people,

Towards control,

Let's set up intention to let go of this excessive fire,

Intention to balance,

To have enough strength and confidence to take action in order to manifest what we want in life but to not be driven by excessive desire,

By possessiveness and by anger.

Long deep inhalation right into your upper belly and exhale through the mouth releasing wherever you want to let go of.

By drawing your awareness higher right into the center of your heart.

And again let's begin by noticing how that space feels for us today.

What kind of emotions are right there in your heart.

Long deep inhalation and exhale all the way out.

Here in the space of Anahata chakra let's also set up intention to balance,

To balance giving and receiving,

Receiving and giving.

To be able to love openly without fear of being hurt,

Without fear of showing our love for others.

Let's set up intention to step fully into that unconditional love which is the natural state of your heart.

Long deep inhalation right into your heart space and exhale all the way out through your mouth.

Intention breathing right into the area of your heart and release wherever you wish to let go of.

So if you ever felt hurt,

If you ever felt that your love was rejected,

If you ever felt fear of opening up your heart and showing it as it is,

Set up intention to let go of it,

To heal yourself from any past traumas which might cause your heart to close in the fear.

Long deep inhalation feeling how your heart is expanding and exhale out through your mouth releasing fully.

Slowly through the awareness higher,

Now set it right in the centre of your throat where the Vishuddhi chakra is located.

Again feel how the space of your throat feels like.

Do you feel it being open and relaxed or maybe you feel like being choked,

Like having a stone in the throat which doesn't allow you to express yourself fully.

Long deep inhalation right into the centre of your throat and exhale through the mouth all the way out.

Setting up intention to balance your voice,

To be able to speak up your truth with the authenticity,

With confidence,

With love,

With truthfulness.

To be always able to speak up whenever you want to speak up,

To be able to speak this what you really want to share without fear of being judged,

Of being rejected,

Of being not important.

Long deep inhalation right into the centre of your throat and exhaling out through your mouth releasing all the way out.

If you ever felt in your past that your voice is not meaningful enough,

That others don't listen to you,

That your voice is too small,

Too weak,

That it cannot make a difference,

Set up intention right now together to release all of those hesitations,

All of those past traumas which caused you to grow that blockage in your throat.

Long deep inhalation right into the centre of your throat and exhale out through your mouth with intention of releasing.

Let's set up the intention to be always able to speak up your truth which comes straight from your heart with authenticity,

With love and with confidence in your voice,

In your throat,

To know that your voice matters,

To know that this what you are speaking up is important.

Long deep inhalation right into the centre of your throat and exhale out through your mouth releasing.

If you ever felt that you need to pretend,

That you need to put into your throat words which are not really yours,

Let's set up intention to let go of that,

To let go of need to put any kind of mask to pretend,

Because all of those are just showing how unconfident we are of being our true selves,

Of expressing our feelings,

Our thoughts,

Our emotions.

Let's set up intention together to free ourselves of that and to be able to speak up our truth with authenticity,

With openness and with power.

One more long deep inhalation right into your throat space and exhale releasing all the way out.

Now slowly drawing your awareness into the point right in between your eyebrows in the centre of your brain.

Imagine you are gazing into that space.

Long deep inhalation noticing how your Agna chakra feels today and exhaling all the way out.

Let's set up intention to purify that space from any obstructions,

To purify ourselves from limiting beliefs which do not allow us to see everything as it is,

With clarity,

With openness.

Long deep inhalation and exhale all the way out.

Let's set up intention to bring balance into that space of your third eye.

Intention to open up to see clearly,

Intention to reconnect with your intuition,

To always hear that little voice which is always there speaking through our ego,

Speaking through our limiting beliefs,

Speaking through our judgement.

May we always be able to hear our intuition which is there to guide us to our true selves.

Long deep inhalation and exhaling out through your mouth.

Drawing your awareness higher all the way up to the very top of your head where the Sahasrara chakra is located.

Breathing into that space and drawing there your full awareness,

Your full presence.

Set up intention together with me to let go of fear,

To trust that wherever life brings you it brings it for some reason,

To trust that we can take a lesson even in the most challenging situations.

Long deep inhalation,

Complete exhalation.

Intention to feel connected to everything above you,

To everything around you,

To feel that you are a part of a wholeness,

To feel your connection with everything and everyone around.

Long deep inhalation right into the space of Sahasrara and exhaling all the way out,

All the fear,

All the hesitation.

Feeling how surrender to life is just spreading all over your being in a form of pure presence right now and right here.

Start breathing long and deep breaths and visualize how with every inhalation the energy from below you is being drawn from the base of your spine.

Vertebra by vertebra is travelling upwards through all the energy centers all the way up till top of your head and with each exhalation visualize how it is travelling downwards,

Back the very root of your spine.

Let's take 3 deep breaths drawing our awareness up and down with your own rhythm staying in silence.

Now let's get back to the visualization of the roots which are connecting you from the earth through your spine,

Leaving you grounded,

Leaving you supported,

Leaving you stable and then drawing awareness slowly upwards vertebra by vertebra through all your spine all the way up till top of your head.

Here visualize the energy from above you entering through the top of your head and leaving you with feeling of lightness,

With trust,

With surrender.

Visualize how these 2 energies are merging in you and creating balance,

Leaving you grounded and stable and at the same time full of lightness and full of trust for life.

Long deep inhalation and exhaling all the way out.

Slowly begin becoming aware of your physical body simply scanning throughout your body from the toes all the way up till top of your head.

Feeling ready to bring that balance of all the energy centres into your day,

Into your life.

Long deep inhalation,

Exhaling all the way out and slowly opening your eyes.
