Thank you for this wonderful course. I will repeat it. It’s really helped me. I can’t really put it into words other than I’ve been seeking for some time and the thoughts have been dark but deep down I sort of had a knowing that the seeking was missing the mark somehow. I can’t really explain it but I really like the teaching on how language is all made up and words are only pointers and that beneath it all is pre-sense. Thank you so very much.

I awoke & felt it all... some pleasant, some not. Then, returned to my resting place & I do believe my body said 'thank you!'

Very good meditation about how the mind creates a narrative of the life event we inevitably experience and causes the suffering as a result.

You gave me something to think about … identify the thought not with the thought/story. Thank you for this 🙏💫🌱

When you spoke of a disciplined mind, I felt a sense of personal shame. I paused to write a question in reaction... Something along the lines of the difference between a disciplined mind and a punitive mind. Then it dawned on me that is exactly what you are trying to describe.

Hello. This was very helpful. Truly & deeply. Thank you sincerely. You mentioned here that you’d answer questions. I’m have one. 🤎 I will figure out how to contact you 🤞🏼 Well, I had a challenging day yesterday trying to take care of sick dog. I would notice the thoughts - but I couldn’t get the place I go when I listen here. Is this a learning curve? Any advice? I appreciate your time. I deeply thank you.

Thank you for this. I have been using your words as prompts for myself and it’s been very effective. “Thinking” followed with “What is this?” I’m so grateful for teaching. 🤎
