She works with people through their diet, lifestyle, and movement habits, helping them understand which ones are supporting them and which ones aren't. In her classes you'll experience your body opening up and softening, exploring simple movements while giving yourself permission to do less, to stop and to rest. Because that's where the body can actually begin to regulate itself. She works online in Dutch, English, and Spanish, and lives in her campervan in Spain, close to nature, still figuring things out like the rest of us."
