My takeaway: Imagine the sensations of resting head on pillow at night and reverse engineer a few good choices to rest easy tonight. Doing this in the morning when I mostly want to sleep in makes me wonder why it feels so different to snatch a few more minutes versus wind down at night. Avoidance probably , but tonight I hope to be savoring the satisfaction of a day well spent. 3 practical actions, or checking in along the way for alignment . 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, 4=Interesting, 3=Okay, 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]

I really enjoyed this flow. Straight forward with great descriptors and timing. I usually feel that my breath work is enterrupted by the instructor talking for too long and throwing off the tempo of each side of the body by having to rush one side. That was not the case here. I felt intune with by breathing/flow and not rushed.

I appreciated this breathing practice coupled with the visualization of things working out better than I could've imagined. It felt like a very supportive practice to counter my anxiety.
