Welcome to this practice for physical healing,

Where you will exercise the power of your mind to create an internal environment that supports your body's natural healing mechanisms.

You can follow along with these affirmations while going about your day,

Or during a more formal meditation practice,

Either seated or lying down,

Wherever you are.

Just be sure you can devote your mental attention to listening to and then repeating these affirmations.

Begin by taking a breath in and let it go with a sigh and a drop of your shoulders.

One more time to tune out any distractions,

Inhale and release completely.

Open your heart and mind to accept the following affirmations,

Then repeat them silently or aloud with real intent.

My body is a self-healing entity.

My body knows exactly how to repair itself.

My body was designed with inherent healing mechanisms.

Every time I make healthy choices,

I support my body's natural ability to heal.

Minor setbacks are expected,

And I stay optimistic on my road to recovery.

There is nothing bad about my body.

My body is not my enemy.

I am grateful for my body.

I accept all parts of me.

I love my body.

The more I love my body,

The easier it is for my body to heal.

I am patient and gentle with myself.

This is a time for radical self-care.

Prioritize caring for my body so my body can prioritize healing.

My body knows just what to do.

I have overcome physical challenges before,

And I can do it again.

I remain positive about my future.

I am deserving of health and well-being.

I am committed to a healthy and active lifestyle.

Every day I am becoming healthier and stronger.

I take time to nurture my mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Call your attention back to your natural breath,

The one that has been sustaining you throughout this practice.

Appreciate the work of your lungs and heart and all other organs and systems of your body that faithfully operate in the background of your consciousness.

You can support your body's systems by taking time to meditate as often as possible and repeating these healing affirmations every day.

I am working to heal some gut issues. I believe the brain in the gut are highly connected, and I’ve been struggling with my gut as a result of stress in my life! At least I believe that is what it is. Your affirmations were beautiful and help me understand that I need to make friends with my gut , and not think of it as the enemy right now. Because every day I wake up and I have been thinking of it as the enemy. so today, I will be friend my gut and my brain and connect them and let them meet again as friends! And thank you. I hope that God decides that it chooses to be friends.
