Taking some deep breaths,
Slowing your body down,
Dropping down into your sacred space,
Letting go of any concerns or thoughts,
And just watching your breath and relaxing your body.
Now we're going to take a glance into the year that is unfolding before you.
You're invited to take a glimpse into your future,
Peeking ahead to see what's coming your way and notice what is the first image or thought that comes to mind.
Can you see a big goal coming to fruition?
Maybe you can see something that you're hoping for,
Or something that you weren't expecting.
Or maybe your mind went straight to planning out everything that has to be done,
Or to worrying about what might happen if your goals aren't met.
Whatever your intuition is showing you about the year ahead,
Just watch.
From this peaceful space,
There's no need to do anything.
You can let go of worry and stress.
Just notice what lies within you when you think about your year ahead.
Whatever you see now is your big thing.
If you're seeing the result of having achieved a big goal or overcoming a big challenge,
Then maybe that's your big thing.
If you find yourself bogged down in anxiety,
Planning or stress,
Then overcoming these issues will likely be your big thing for this year.
If you've seen a range of different outcomes and thoughts,
Then maybe you don't have one big thing,
But instead many little things that you're working towards.
Don't overthink it.
Let this process be easy.
Trust what you see.
And now it's time to watch your year ahead unfolding chronologically.
First of all,
Seeing yourself as you are right now with your current circumstances.
Flowing gently forwards in time and seeing what you do and what you experience month to month.
Observing how you take action towards becoming your best self as time travels forward.
Seeing what blocks or issues try to keep you stuck and seeing how you move past them.
And finally,
Seeing yourself in 12 months' time.
Noticing how you feel and how you look,
What you've achieved and how you've grown.
Taking in all the details of your big thing,
All of the little things and your year ahead.
Before coming back into the here and now.
Back to your breathing.
Seeing your body and coming gently back,
Opening your eyes and spending a few moments taking some notes about your experience before returning to your day.
