Feeling your chest and your belly and sighing on the out breath deeply and fully.
With your next deep and purposeful inhale,
Collecting everything that no longer serves you today.
And releasing it with a long and intention filled exhale.
Letting it go and connecting with the present moment.
Using your next inhale,
Directing this cleansing breath directly up into your crown chakra.
This is your body's seventh energy center and is at the very top of your head.
Drawing each breath up into your crown chakra and breathing out from your crown chakra.
As you breathe,
Noticing how this area feels.
Watching out for any tightness,
Blocks or resistant energy situated in your head or aura.
This chakra governs your experience of energy and spiritual connection.
If this chakra is out of alignment,
You might experience headaches,
Paralysis in any part of your body,

Into the highest realms of the cosmos to the source of all light and love.
Up here in this divine place you see the source of all love.
Watching as this beaming source energy glows and pulses.
Here there is only love and divine wisdom that leads to love.
Observing this powerful source of light as it expands,
Growing and becoming even more powerful.
