Chakra Imbalances And Blockages
Our chakras are energy centers that both influence and get influenced by the world outside us.
When all our seven major internal chakra centers are equally energized and balanced, we perform at our peak. We are supremely creative and incredibly attractive in all senses of the word.
This course is designed to both bring harmony to your being and to awaken you to a new level of being.
Lección 2
Bonding With The Earth
When undertaking an awakening, it is important to be fully grounded so we don’t fly away with the faeries. So this lesson bonds you to the Earth Plane to make the subsequent lessons more impactful and safe.
Lección 3
Needs Must
It’s an illusion that our head is where all the action is. Our lower mind centres are the areas that really call the shots when it comes to the creation of the pervasive illusion that we think of as being the world around us.
Before we had self-awareness, our sacral mind, which is just below the navel, would send a signal out if we were in need and the universe would deliver.
If our sacral chakra is weakened, compromised or out of balance, we may find that our needs are not fully met. Additionally, we can come across as being somewhat needy. In this lesson, we explore how to take this chakra under more conscious control.
Lección 4
Following Inner-tuition
This lesson is especially pertinent for anyone who has regretted the day when you overruled your gut and didn’t trust it. Fortunately, it is very forgiving and today is the day when you entrust and delegate your decision-making process to it.
Lección 5
The Heart Vortex
A few million years ago, humankind pulled off a rather magical achievement. We learned how to vocalise our thought forms. To pull this feat off, we learned how to control our fifth chakra point, and specifically our vocal chords, from our sixth chakra point, our Third Eye. Of course, many sets of neurons in our language centres in the outer cortex were brought to bear in pulling this feat off. Quite literally, the word was made flesh. In this lesson, you will learn how to take conscious control of your fourth chakra point.
Lección 6
Speaking Your Truth
Now, on the surface, today's lesson might seem a little short on content but its brevity belies its power. The sign that our throat chakra is out of balance is if we are not being heard or believed. It is time for you to understand how our throat and mind truly interact.
Lección 7
Knowing Your Minds
This lesson is useful for anyone who is indecisive and in two or more minds about something or another.
Now we've all made decisions that we know are good decisions. We've probably also made decisions that we've regretted. In this lesson, I will show you a repeatable and foolproof way of always making the right decision.
The key to doing this lies in consulting with all your mind centers before making any decision.
Lección 8
An Open Mind
We now arrive at the crown chakra which, if blocked, leads to us having a closed mind. If out of balance, it leads to us doubting ourselves and even being somewhat aimless in our lives. When we operate with an open and activated crown chakra, all sorts of wonders open up for us.
Lección 9
Alpha And Omega Activation
In this lesson, we will activate the Alpha and Omega chakras and connect them to our seven internal chakras. Remember that our seven main internal chakras sit inside our body. The Alpha Chakra which sits above our head, and Omega Chakra, which sits below our root actually sit inside the higher dimensions and are portals through to us.
Lección 10
The Unified Chakra
In this last lesson, you'll unify all your nine chakras, the seven internal and two external chakras. As a real treat, this lesson is best done lying down.
