Transcript

By and large,

What we think,

Do and feel today,

Sets up what will unfold tomorrow.

This short guided visualization helps set up the most magical day ahead by directing the attention to the now.

You can do this lying down or sitting up.

So take a deep in breath through the nostrils and release it slowly with a long out breath with your mouth slightly open.

Let the tension flow from your body,

Starting with your forehead,

All the way down your cheeks,

Let your tongue relax,

Let the tension flow from your neck,

Down from your shoulders,

Down your arms,

Past your elbows,

Into your wrists and your hands,

Just wiggle your fingers.

Now allow the tension to flow down your chest,

Through your pelvis,

Down your thighs,

Through your knees,

Down your calves and shins,

Through your ankles,

Through your feet and give your toes a little wiggle too.

And just for tomorrow,

Give thanks for all the blessings you received today.

And just for tomorrow,

Let go of all the worries and the fears that hold and bind you.

Just for tomorrow,

Drop any barriers that might prevent you from reaching your magnificence.

Just for tomorrow,

Set your intention to learn at least one new thing.

Just for tomorrow,

Make a connection with at least one new thing.

A new soul.

Just for tomorrow,

Allow your day to be even better still than the day just gone.

Just for tomorrow,

Think of three things today that you'd like to happen in the next 24 hours.

And just for tomorrow,

Allow the earth,

Speeding at over 1000 miles an hour under your feet,

And just for tomorrow,

Ask for a sign from the future to be sent back to you in the now.

Just for tomorrow,

Let go of all the worries and the fears that hold and bind you.

And just for tomorrow,

Be open to receive.

So the most fantastic day can arrive for you tomorrow.

For the rest of the day,

Focus on what you're doing right now.

And allow the most perfect day ahead to unfold magically for you.

And just for tomorrow,

As you go about your day,

Be mindful,

Timeful and kindful to all those that you meet,

And most of all,

To yourself.

Just for Tomorrow, the last in the series (For Now). Listening was bittersweet, finishing my first playlist by you. The playlist that pulled me into your work like a magnet, then finding out there is so much more to explore. In this meditation one of the prompts ~ Ask for a sign from the future to be sent back to you in the now ~ WOW, that perfectly describes a recurring dream I had as a young child, that as a young adult, when my Mom passed, I realized it was a sign of her passing.😇 Next up “The Soul-full Path” while I’m reading the book. (I’ll try to keep my reviews short).😆
