Lección 1
Awareness of Breath & Discovering the Gap
On the first day, you are introduced to the foundation of the system.
Instead of trying to control your breath or silence your thoughts, you begin by simply observing the natural rhythm of breathing. As your awareness deepens, you are gently guided to notice a subtle but powerful space — the gap between each inhale and exhale.
This first step begins the process of slowing the mind and opening the doorway to stillness, setting the foundation for Delta Wave Deep Sleep.
Lección 2
Entering and Stabilizing the Gap
On the second day, you move beyond noticing the gap and begin to rest within it.
Your awareness becomes more stable, allowing you to remain in the quiet space between breaths for longer periods. As this happens, the mind naturally begins to slow further without effort.
This stage strengthens your ability to access stillness more consistently, guiding your brain closer to the state required for Delta Wave Deep Sleep.
Lección 3
Deepening Silence & Conditioning the Mind
Day three focuses on repetition and conditioning.
By continuously returning your awareness to the gap between breaths, your mind begins to learn this state of silence more quickly and more naturally. Thoughts lose their intensity, and stillness becomes more familiar.
This is where the shift begins — your mind starts to associate this awareness with rest, making it easier to transition into Delta Wave Deep Sleep.
Lección 4
Effortless State & Natural Sleep Response
On the final day, the process becomes effortless.
There is no longer a need to actively observe or guide your attention. The breath, the gap, and the silence begin to unfold on their own. Your mind enters stillness more easily, and the transition into sleep becomes natural and automatic.
This stage reinforces a conditioned response where simply lying down and noticing the breath leads you into Delta Wave Deep Sleep without effort.
