Deep Sleep Reset For The Overthinking Mind is a 5-day sleep training course that combines practical sleep education with guided meditation practices to help calm racing thoughts, reduce nighttime stress, and support deep restorative sleep. Throughout the course, students will learn why overthinking can interfere with sleep, how stress and tension affect the body and nervous system, and simple techniques for creating the conditions for natural, effortless rest. Each day includes a short teaching session followed by a guided meditation practice designed to help apply and reinforce the concepts being explored. Over the five days, students will learn how to: • Understand the connection between overthinking and sleep difficulties • Release mental and physical tension before bedtime • Create a greater sense of safety and relaxation within the nervous system • Develop a healthier relationship with racing thoughts • Build positive sleep associations through consistent practice • Support deeper relaxation and more restorative sleep This course is ideal for anyone who struggles with an overactive mind at night, difficulty unwinding before bed, or challenges falling asleep due to stress, worry, or mental overstimulation. The lessons are designed to be revisited as often as needed, allowing the mind and body to gradually strengthen their natural ability to relax, unwind, and transition into restful sleep.
