Lección 1
Brief Introduction and the PowerNap
This course has been designed to work on both a conscious and unconscious level. Today the intro is short and the focus is on a guided PowerNap to give your unconscious mind the structure of the changes you can make in the coming days with the psychological techniques you'll learn. Tomorrow and for the following six day you'll learn the 3 core skills for taking control of your thinking and what to do after you've let go... so for today simply listen to the very short intro and relax into the guided session.
Lección 2
Spinning Away Bad Feelings
Today this technique is perfect for Releasing & Letting Go of both the little things and the big things... When you KNOW that emotion or feeling is not serving you, it's time to learn your last lesson from it and let it go for good. This course has been designed to be used in conjunction with the Releasing PowerNap meditation on Insight Timer.
Lección 3
Inner Quiet and Calm
If you find it difficult to quieten your mind... anytime… e.g: During meditation etc If you wake up at night and find it difficult to go back to sleep because your mind is racing. If you look in the mirror and criticise your appearance or achievements. If you give yourself a ‘hard time’. Then today's technique is Perfect for you.

A Great Neurological 'Trick'
This Double Dissociation technique changes the way you feel fast. I've used this with clients to banish a phobia in minutes. Beyond Letting Go... What Comes Next?
So you’ve spun away bad feelings, silenced the inner critic, ‘stepped out’ of and sent away unpleasant mental images… If you dig a hole in the sand you know that the very next day it’s going to be full of the same stuff again… sand right. But you know that if you put a big rock in the hole, the rock will still be there the next day. When you remove something there is space… if you choose to put something NEW in there it will stick. Gaining control over your thinking allows you to steer your thoughts. It allows you to be the conscious architect of your future. As they said in the 60’s “Who's Driving the Bus?” Are you driving the bus of your own existence or are you a passenger? When you find the Golden Lining right away… when you’re in the flow state, doing what you love EVERYTHING is Effortless (effortless is not lazy). When you hit a block… a limiting belief… or you just simply need a little extra to get you through a situation, that's the time to USE these powerful techniques from the Mindcamp.

Nobody ever writes a list of things they don't want before going shopping! Yet, sometimes when setting directions or goals people focus on the problem. "I don't want (to be)…" rather than "I want...". Here are 4 'conditions' that change everything. There are 3 others and they're just as easy... but combine to become ever so Powerful. These four 'conditions' when applied to your desires and goals make them so more likely that You Will Succeed and Achieve Your Goal.
