Welcome to this deeply relaxing guided hypnotic meditation.

If for any reason you should need to awaken during this process,

You will do so with all the resources you need and clarity of mind to attend to the situation.

Now relax deeply.

Take a moment to make yourself comfortable.

Stretch and move until you feel comfortable.

And close your eyes with an intention to go inside.

This trance you will boost your levels of gratitude,

Becoming somebody who experiences more gratitude in their life daily and has more to be grateful for.

Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to make the time to relax and listen to this recording.

Helps you relax deeply as much as is right for you.

Can make yourself comfortable now.

As you begin inside to bring to mind the more relaxed parts of your body,

You can compare the other areas of your body and notice if there are any tensions and relax them.

Any muscles that are holding tension and relax them.

So as you notice,

Places that aren't as deeply relaxed as you want to be now.

You can relax your muscles deeper this time,

The next time and the more you choose to listen to this.

So that the relaxing feelings you feel flowing over you right now.

At the beginning of this hypnotic experience,

Simply start to notice,

Noticing that the more you focus on the relaxing feelings,

The deeper you go inside.

And really feel deeply relaxed now.

Being relaxed is a regenerative,

Healing place to be.

And being is what you're doing as you live your life.

And sometimes you are doing,

Being a human doing.

And right now you are being a human being,

Simply relaxed.

As we take that deep breath in.

Before going deeply into trance.

And making changes to bring more gratitude into your life is a wonderful,

Magical experience.

With more gratitude for the way you feel so grateful.

And have more to feel grateful for.

Because that's the real secret.

Deep down,

Inside,

You know that the more you have to be grateful for,

The more you can be grateful for.

And as you build a bigger,

Brighter future for you and those around you,

Are increasing the things you have in your future that you feel grateful for.

And in your future,

Inside your mind,

Whenever you think of the things that you want in your increasing future,

You can feel grateful for those things you haven't even received yet,

Are coming to you.

And simply let go and relax deep into trance.

Is a pleasant,

Relaxing,

Releasing experience to let go.

While you focus on the good changes happening in your life.

Because you've allowed your unconscious mind,

Now and as you sleep and dream tonight,

To change and make changes that align with who you are.

And make your life a better place,

Your attention on the things that give you more to be grateful for.

And the more you remind yourself of the things you are grateful for,

The more feelings of gratitude you get to have.

Now,

As you relax into the hypnosis,

Meditation,

Dreamlike state of trance,

Take a chance to remind yourself of a person,

Place,

Experience or thing that you are grateful for.

And as you do,

You do,

Don't you,

Notice the feelings of gratitude.

Because then someone will notice where those feelings of gratitude are.

Because you can imagine what colour the feelings of gratitude are.

And where your attention focuses,

Follow,

Enjoy and have more of the things that you want more in your life.

Because a place where you get to have the things,

Share those with the others that are important to you,

And have more and more as you adventure through your life,

Is an adventure that you enjoy more.

And more are the pleasures that you do and share them too,

Now as you do.

Living a life full of gratitude is a full life of many experiences.

People,

Places and things that you are grateful for.

And you get to have more of the places you like to go in your life,

The more you are grateful for.

And you get to have more of the things that you want in your life.

And you get to have more of the places you like to go in your life,

The more you are grateful for.

And focus on more of those places and then coming into being now that people you like to meet and be around are there as well as the things you want and need to enjoy and be creative and do what you need to do each day.

You get to have more of all of that which form experiences along with other experiences that you are grateful for.

You have more in your life form the experiences along with other experiences that you are grateful for.

You have more in your life because of being grateful for and focusing on now.

The more you do,

You give yourself the opportunity to integrate all of everything that your unconscious wants and needs to use to make change.

Inside,

You become someone with more synchronistic moments of wonder,

Giving you more moments of gratitude to fill your body now.

As your unconscious,

Integrate all the new understandings from this listening both now,

As you sleep on your own and as you wake up feeling refreshed,

Happier and grateful for taking the time to relax and to trance and boost your gratitude now.

As you start returning to full waking consciousness,

You can start to move and come back now as I count backwards from 5,
