Positivity is contagious. Being positive feels good and it makes those around you feel good too. Developing a positive perspective allows you to focus on the bright side of life, to start seeing the 'Silver (Golden) Linings' and turning any situation into a positive. Keep your head... keep your cool, with a positive attitude a multitude of problems just melt away and solutions present themselves effortlessly. Before you start to relax deeply into the mind reprogramming session,
I want you to take a moment to hold in your mind these ideas,
And you may do this with your eyes open or closed.
Welcome to the Positivity Hypnosis Experience.
This hypnosis mind reprogramming session is about having more flexibility in the perception of your experiences.
Staying positive in a world where the media focuses on the negative events of the day can be difficult.
Newspapers,
Televisions,
Radios and internet news stations are all businesses,
And bad news sells better than happy news.
Scandals,
Gossip,
Terror and war sells more newspapers than love,
Happiness,
Joy and positivity for you.
Are you?
Because of the beliefs you have.
And these are shaped and formed from input you receive.
From a young age,
When you were growing up,
All the skills you learned,
Like walking and talking,
Came from other people and their belief systems.
And in turn,
Their beliefs and attitudes were shaped and influenced by other people.
The external world.
The messages that are presented to you from the external world,
Friends,
Family,
Coworkers,
Newspaper,
Television,
The internet and the list goes on,
Are messages that you need to become more selective about receiving.
Because you become what you think about,
And what you think about a lot of the time comes from other people.
And the more selective about the input you get,
The higher quality of output or behaviors and experiences you will have.
There is an old story about a grandfather talking to his grandson.
He tells his young grandson that there is a battle between two wolves going on inside him.
The one wolf is a bad wolf.
He is full of anger and greed and hatred.
The other wolf,
He tells his grandson,
Is a good wolf.
The good wolf is full of love,
Joy,
Happiness,
Generosity,
Positivity and,
Added the grandfather,
This battle is going on in you and every other person alive.
His grandson thought about it for a moment and then asked,
Which one will win?
The grandfather smiled and simply said,
The one that you feed.
Life is a big adventure and the more you go through it with an increasingly positive point of view about the experiences you have,
The more you enjoy it as you relax into trance.
Now,
If you haven't already,
You can close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Relax your body and take a moment to make yourself comfortable by noticing all the different muscle groups from the top of your head.
Scan down as you go into trance.
Draw the way down to your toes.
Relax each and every muscle group so you feel more relaxed.
And of course,
The more that you make yourself comfortable now,
And for the next 23 minutes or so,
You can allow yourself to quieten your mind by leaving the thoughts of the day at the door.
Then closing that door,
Giving you a bigger opportunity for positive change occurs because you develop positive new thought patterns.
So with a quiet mind,
Here comes more positivity for you.
New beliefs and new positive behaviors you can feel compelled to continue and include into your life that more and more brings you fulfillment and happiness.
And the bigger the changes you make,
The bigger your life will change.
Notice negative thinking and deliberately stop all of the thoughts,
And the images,
The sounds,
And internal dialogue,
Then shake your body,
Shake out the feeling with a little shudder or shake,
And think differently about a much more positive topic or with a renewed positive perspective about the same thing.
Unless it is one of those things that worrying about is a waste of time.
Either way,
The more you focus on the positive,
The more you have positive thoughts.
And this trance is designed to help you become more positive,
Regardless of whether you hear every word I say or drift deeply into trance.
Now.
And your unconscious mind simply absorbs the suggestions that are right for you now,
And becomes more positive in more of the ways that you want your automatic ways of thinking to become more positive.
And looking on the bright side and enjoying more bright sides,
Because of the successes that can come to you easier,
And because being more positive now,
Your unconscious knows what old and limiting beliefs can be changed right now,
And which ones can be changed tomorrow,
And in the days,
And weeks ahead,
And the old beliefs that no longer serve,
You can relax into trance.
More and more are changing.
Now,
You can relax even deeper into the trance of your unconscious.
Mind creates actions and behaviors because of your beliefs,
And as many of the beliefs that you have,
That you act on,
That are not supporting,
You can go into trance deeper,
And in the most positive way,
And the old beliefs you had that you change,
Are the ones that are not supporting you in positive ways,
So you can move forward with your life with more,
While the non-supportive beliefs can start to disappear right away,
And they can disappear quickly,
Or not so fast.
They can also disappear simultaneously,
Only in ways that are good for you,
And everyone around you,
And that you are a comfortable being.
More positive now.
As you relax and drift,
You can release anger.
It holds you back.
Release angers,
Frustrations,
And displeasures against other people and situations now,
And continue as you go into trance,
And after you relax deeply into trance,
And while you are going deeper into trance,
Afterwards,
When you think back,
You think about changing beings.
As you relax and drift,
You can release anger.
When you think back,
You think about changing things,
Because holding anger against another person is negative,
And needs to be released.
The past is over,
And the things in the past are now memories that fade,
And the good ones get bigger,
So that all the memories that can hinder you become smaller,
And the ones that help you become more positive,
Happy,
And open to finding more.
Become more,
And then more,
Than you both unconsciously,
And other than unconsciously,
Remove the emotional sting from the bad experiences that you have had,
The more you can grow in positive ways.
The things that people have said,
The consequences of decisions that you made,
That are all in all the past,
Can serve you more,
Both as a guide to help you avoid making mistakes like those again,
And by freeing up the place in you where there was old negative feelings,
So you have room for more love,
Happiness,
And positivity for your life now.
As you go deeper into trance,
And further into your unconscious mind,
To make positive changes,
You can allow the feelings of relaxation,
And the experience of drifting into trance,
Deeper,
And more influentially,
Because you can.
And the more you do,
The more you do,
And the more you will do,
As you sleep and dream tonight,
In a positive way,
Things that are good for you,
And as you sleep and dream tonight,
And as you relax deeper into trance,
You can imagine detaching,
And rising above it all,
And seeing the moments of your life,
The ones you know you will be doing in the future,
Fixed points in time,
Like birthdays and festive times of year,
And the moments in the past where things happened.
All the things that have happened,
Are the things that have got you to where you are now.
Some of them were great,
And some of them not so good.
While you imagine floating up and above the memories of the past,
You can,
Year by year,
Think of the great achievements and successes you have had in your business,
Personal and social life,
And relationships,
And enjoy.
Then float up and spin round to the memories that were not so good,
And imagine draining all the color out of those memories,
Shrinking the memories smaller in size,
Freezing a negative movie in your mind,
Draining the color from it,
And shrinking it in size,
Each one that you notice now,
As you imagine floating back through the years of your past,
And all the way to your childhood,
Releasing the emotion.
Allowing it to flow out of those old negative memories of things that happened,
And shrink down the size of them,
Make them black and white and insignificant,
Move on and take the charge out of the bad experiences,
Release what was there that was holding you back,
So that you can move forward along your past,
Back to the present day,
Finding other memories and shrinking them,
Making the colors duller and duller into black and white and smaller.
Now float up above the present,
And know that the present is something that is good for you.
The more you choose to filter your experiences through the perspective of positivity,
Now,
The future is where you are going,
And it's worth taking a moment of time to brighten it up,
So as you look into the future and see the events that are going to take place,
You can choose to brighten up the experiences that you are looking forward to,
And you can choose to experience more and more the company of people who you enjoy,
And into the situations that are good for you,
To choose to view the situations that are good for you now,
As the negative internal dialogue appears.
Maybe the area that the inner critic in you originates is in the back of your head,
But in the back of your mind there is an inner critic,
And as an internal dialogue,
It manifests itself in your head,
Differently to the other internal dialogues that are more positive,
Are the ones that you encourage more.
And after you have relaxed into trance,
It's time to start and notice when the inner voice that is using the tonality of criticism,
Coming from the position that you notice and realize as the negative internal dialogue appears,
You can silence it,
You can control it,
Because it is a part of you,
And a small and less resourceful part of you.
And during this trance,
And in the days and weeks ahead,
You can do simple little things,
Like change it,
So it sounds silly,
And you can look at it differently and feel differently about the worries and the criticisms,
Because of changing the voice,
Tone and speed,
Or accent can make it sound foolish and something that just disappears,
Leaving room for your more confident and positive internal dialogue.
Just as you take control of the internal dialogue that you make,
So you can take control of the images and situations that come to mind,
And erase,
Wipe them out,
And then replace them with bright,
New,
Shiny,
Happy thoughts.
Positivity and confidence bursting through,
And as you do,
In the days and weeks ahead,
Start to notice more and more that you are the master of your thoughts,
And when they run away with you,
Can reorientate them in newer and more positive directions now.
There also comes a time when you do indeed see the need,
And feel the importance of taking inventory of the people you allow to be close to you,
And decide to change the percentage of time that you spend with the people around you,
In direct accordance with the amount of joy and happiness they bring into your life,
And you into theirs,
And the people who suck the energy from you can spend less time with,
Because you understand more and more the importance of surrounding yourself with people of like-mindedness,
And spending time with people who are positive and raise your vibration,
And whether you decide to stop spending your ever-decreasing,
Irreplaceable moments of time on planet Earth with the people that you know are negative right now,
Tomorrow,
At some short point in time after that,
Or that you just notice that you have been spending less and less time with those people,
And feeling happier for it,
As you look back in a month or few months in the future,
You will have then been spending more and more time raising your own levels of positivity,
And seeking out the company of people that are positive,
Because if you want to meet more and more positive people,
You can take the passive approach of sitting back or waiting for them to find you,
Can also take the proactive and more positive approach of actively finding people who are like you,
Who resonate with you,
And both of you can have more wonder,
Fun,
And enjoyment in life,
And spread that with others that you meet,
And spend time with,
And you can notice yourself using more positive language,
And feel good about it each and every time you notice yourself using positive language,
And the more that you feel good each and every time,
Some of the time is really good,
Tingling all over,
And feeling really great,
Because of the changes you notice from using language differently,
And in a much more positive and proactive way for more of your waking hours,
And the more of your waking hours you are in a grateful state for being in a positive and upbeat state,
Flexible enough to think positively about,
And in situations more and more you will feel happiness,
And positivity flow through you only as much as you are happy to have and create for yourself,
Now,
Always knowing you can have and create more,
Next time,
In the future you have more positivity because of outlooks and beliefs about what is possible,
And what is possible is focused in the positive,
And more and more now as you state your goals in the positive feelings flow over you feel good,
Every time you notice yourself and others talking about what you do want,
To feel happy,
And to feel positive,
More and more by choosing to focus on what you do want,
And the more you think with ever increasing excitement about doing this,
You can increase the vibration and positivity of your life now,
As you allow yourself to take everything you need from this session and this time,
And you will hear it differently next time,
And make sense of it and understand it in new ways again,
And you can imagine yourself feeling refreshed and optimistic,
Positive and excited to enjoy the rest of your day,
And as I count backwards from 5 to 1,
You can become aware of your body,
Take a breath in,
And come right out of trance now,
As I count backwards from 5,

Wake up,
