Close your eyes and drift along with the music.
You may hear every word I say before you awaken refreshed with an innocence of calm,

Excitement for the new changes that have and are taking place inside you and manifest themselves as new behaviours.
Or you may drift deeply into trance at different points at different times of listening to this recording and awaken refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.
At the end of this hypnosis session is an opportunity to both give your unconscious mind opportunity to suggest things to you now,

Feel how that feels and how wonderful it is to feel like that.
Imagine how you would describe your ideal way of being to allow yourself to think about it every day.
And the more consumed you become with your ideal,
The more you notice and create opportunities to become like that now.
As you continue to both release blocks and notice blockages,
You get close to what you do want to be.
Once you know it,
First of all it falls onto some of the blockages and then you can change it.
And this is something that ensures you can do this thing.
And you can see yourself doing things differently because the time you take to see things differently,
It feels differently to you can say to yourself excitedly how wonderful it looks and feels to clearly picture a better way of being in that situation.
And you can see yourself still while you and your mind's eye run through a different way of looking at that situation.
So you can see a different,
Better way of doing it.
A way that is possible and something that is better for everyone.
Then you can choose to act in the normal way.
Or you can picture yourself acting and being so much better and happy with this.
Very happy with this so much so that you can see yourself talking to others about how amazing this is.
And the new way that you act because you had a new choice because you saw yourself and felt good about it and decided to do this in the future.
You can take a moment to see a situation creating a happier and better experience for everyone involved.
When you can make every positive change you want to make now.
You know that you can change your beliefs.
You know that the big things that you want are the things you can have.
And the things that you believe are 100% about yourself like where you live and what your name is.
A strong belief.
These beliefs have different characteristics to the beliefs you have about other things.
And there are some things that you have that are rather interesting.
A strong belief.
Like what the colour of my next colour is irrelevant to you and matters not if it's one colour or the other.
And then there are the beliefs that you have about yourself that you would like to have become real.
And on the jump from where they are now to the solid real belief that your name is can seem like a beautiful thing.
The distance between the two can be made easier by following the line of the beliefs you would like to have about yourself.
Rapidly move to the place of the around until you hear the red button.
While it's difficult to have the imagination of the belief about yourself in a difficult location,
You can again rapidly move it from there to the location in your mind of the strong belief that you have.
And feel good about seeing yourself as normal now than you were and noticing how you are better than you were is the best way to motivate yourself to continue to move in that direction now.
While you sleep and dream,
You can and anytime you can and you cannot allow your unconscious to move the things that you would like to believe about yourself from where they are.
Through the gateway of your difference to the position stronger from now and as often as you or your unconscious wants.
And while you or your unconscious make all the adjustments to remove blockages and open vistas of possibility inside you can start to really take yourself and notice your body and the sound of my voice and allow these adjustments to carry on and make positive changes this time when you wake up and when you listen to this session again now.
And as I can backwards from five to one come out of this trance now five aware of where you are for waking three up now to eyes wide open one all the way out of trance.
