By changing negative thoughts, doing an "energy reset" meditation and giving yourself permission, you'll find new ways to get curious, let go of limiting beliefs, regain energy, and move forward.

Giving Yourself Grace
By doing a forgiveness practice, you'll find new ways to offer yourself some grace, which will in turn help you tap into your creativity and get unstuck.

Getting Curious
Through the eye opening exercise of turning your stuck feeling into a character and interviewing it, you'll learn why you feel stuck and how to start to let go of that feeling.

You'll learn to approach feeling stuck with further self-compassion and understanding and using a visualization to "turn the power off," you'll feel lighter and more open.

You'll learn about the connection between vulnerability and shame and how attempting to avoid these uncomfortable emotions can keep you stuck and what to do about it.

Through a powerful practice, you'll discover how to handle these uncomfortable emotions, feel more compassion for yourself, and move forward with confidence.

You'l learn about how proper breathing techniques like nasal breathing and a focus on your exhales can help you manage anxiety, feel more grounded, and break free from feelings of being stuck.
