Inhaling and exhaling naturally.
Breathe in easily and effortlessly.
Breathe out easily and effortlessly.
Imagine your favorite park or beautiful outdoor setting.
Walk slowly and peacefully around and notice the smells of the trees and flowers.
The feeling of a gentle breeze in your face.
The afternoon sun hitting your skin and warming it.
The sense of awe and beauty at what you see around you.
You see a bench in the distance and as you approach it you notice a radiant and beautiful person sitting there peacefully.
As you walk closer to the person you see that it is you 20 years from now.
As you walk closer your future self gestures to you to come and sit down.
Notice the way your future self welcomes you into this time and place 20 years in the future.
Notice how your future self lovingly puts their arm around you as you sit down to chat.
As you see the face of your future self what do you notice about them?
Get a sense of their essence,
One of pure love and wisdom and knowing.
Settle in and make yourself comfortable on the bench.
As you sit begin by asking your future self the following questions.
What is it future self that you most remember about the last 20 years?
What is it future self that you remember most about the last 20 years?
And take a moment to hear the answer.
Now ask your future self the following question.
What do I need to be most aware of to get me from where I am to where you are?
What do I need to be most aware of to get me from where I am now to where you are?
Listen to what your future self has to tell you.
Good.
Now take a moment and ask your future self your own questions.
What other questions are there that you would most like to ask your future self?
With a loving hug bring this conversation with your future self to a close and thank them for being here with you today and for sharing their wisdom,

Finally get up from the bench and begin to walk through the park.
