Lección 1
Get Back In The Driver's Seat
When we're confused about control, forget about choice, and burn out on responsibility, it's time to get clear on each. Two exercises are offered to beat burnout and clarify your role - and your power.
Lección 2
Focus On The How
Where do we put our frenetic energy when we're stressed? Today we'll harness commitment to ground our attention and our intentions. An exercise on clarifying values will give us a "bull's eye" to aim at when we're stressed. As a bonus, we may end up liking ourselves more.
Lección 3
The Fun Side Of Stress
You read that right - today's lesson is on how we can transform our relationship with stress. We'll leverage the stress response to get closer to our goals, befriend sensations in the body, and learn to have a bit of fun.
Lección 4
Get In Your Own Corner
This deep dive into compassion blows past platitudes. We'll learn how compassion acts as a light in the dark, helping us see obstacles and solutions more clearly. We'll settle into a deeper connection with ourselves and others.
Lección 5
Bring It All Together
When you bring the four Cs together, what does it look like? What will you let go of, and what will you exchange? We'll visualize what a different approach to stress will look like as you implement these principles. We'll end with a reminder of our connectedness.
