Over eight extended sessions, you’ll be invited to move through the year as trees do — rooting and grounding, awakening in spring, expanding through summer, learning flexibility from the willow, strength from the oak, release in autumn, and deep renewal in winter. The journey ends in the living forest, where all seasons, energies, and lessons come together. Each session is around thirty minutes and weaves together reflection, accessible research, seasonal and energetic insights, practical ways of spending time with trees, journaling prompts, affirmations, and long, immersive guided visualisations. These practices are designed to be returned to — slowly, intuitively, and at your own pace. There is no right way to take this course. You may listen indoors or outdoors, move through the sessions in order, or stay with one season for as long as you need. Like trees, you are encouraged to honour your own timing. This course is for anyone seeking grounding, reassurance, and connection — especially during times of change, healing, or quiet growth. You don’t need to fix yourself or strive for transformation. Simply bring your attention, your breath, and your willingness to listen. The forest is always offering its wisdom.
