0 - Meditative Consciousness Journeys Through The Body Of The Cosmos - General Introduction
In this introduction, I provide a general overview of this course. This introduction was created as a clip using illustrations titled “Activate your Cosmic DNA - introduction to a Cosmic Journey” You can also view this clip with the images added to it.
The purpose of this entire series is to activate and strengthen in your consciousness the connections to the greater consciousness of creation step by step. Also, through the information and experiences in the meditations, you can develop a deeper awareness of the vast living consciousness of which you are a part and in which you have your unique place.
This introduction gives a general overview of the purpose and content of the meditative journeys.

Lección 2
1a - The New Earth Filled With Divine Source Consciousness - Introduction + Visualization
The first journey we make on Earth is the New Earth, fully manifested in higher dimensions. It is filled with the energy of the Source and completely connected to the larger body of creation. It is the earth where the Divine Plan has been realized (if you want, listen to my podcast on the Divine Plan and the First Temple).
You can merge with this new planetary consciousness and its expressions—experience how the sun gives life force. Nature breathes love and connection. You can feel how the inner earth radiates with the crystal DNA and the sea glistens with silver Source Light. You travel to a platform on top of the earth's grid - 10,000 km high – and you have an overview of the entire earth. You experience Earth's love for humanity and life and share your love and gratitude.

1v - The New Earth filled With Divine Source Consciousness - Guided Meditation With Music
This guided meditation with music supports you in experiencing a completely new energy and reality on Earth. This is the influx of Source energy. A new universal and Divine DNA expressing itself in everything. You will experience the sunrise on the New Earth where the Sun is an expression of Source energy. You can feel a forest, filled with new DNA. You enter a cave where you can feel the interior of the New Earth. Then the ocean is radiant with silver energy. The New Earth grid. Finally, you will experience the planet as a whole and the love it expresses for nature and humanity.

2a - The Sun: The Essence Of The Sun, Its Function For The Solar System And Connection To The Milky Way And Source - Introduction + Meditation
The Sun is much more than a fireball. Experienced from universal consciousness and energy, it is a living being that has as its physical body the visible Sun. Its energy and function encompass the entire solar system. The sun is a channel of Source energy for the solar system. There are also beings living on the sun, Star Beings, and other beings.
This introduction is followed by the guided meditation. You can find the meditation as a separate recording in part 2v.

This guided meditation with music allows you to experience the Sun in a completely new way. You tune into its energy and consciousness. You experience the Being of the Sun. You can experience how the Sun transmits energy and consciousness to the entire solar system and Earth. You can experience how the Sun is a channel for the energy and consciousness of the Galaxy and Source.

3a - The Solar System - Experience The Planets, Their Reconnection With Source And Experience Beings Relevant For You To Meet - Introduction
Our solar system with all the planets in it forms a beautiful field of consciousness in which the Earth lives. There is a dynamic balance between all the planets both physically and also energetically and in terms of consciousness. Each planet has its characteristics, development field, and consciousness. Creatures also live on each planet, although they are material and evolutionary it is not possible to perceive them with our earthly senses. This is because each planet has a different kind of energetic grid. This greatly affects the reality perception of beings.
Just as Earth is currently in a great transformation due to the action of the Divine Plan, so is true of all the planets in our solar system. Each is in a process of transformation and renewed integration of Source consciousness and energy to lift a manipulation that has lasted for thousands of years.

3v - The Solar System - Experience The Planets, Their Reconnection With Source And Experience Beings That Are Relevant For You To Meet - Guided Meditation With Music
In this extended journey, you can visit each planet and experience its energy and consciousness. You can also see if it is necessary for your consciousness development that certain beings want to show themselves to you and with whom you can communicate.
Because each planet has a unique grid system that is different from that of Earth, the life and consciousness forms are also corresponding and thus different from those on Earth. Let yourself be surprised by what presents itself. In this extended meditative journey, you can visit all the planets.

4a - The Milky Way Galaxy – Experience Different Stars, Nebulae And Locations And The Heart Of The Milky Way And Its Relationship To Source And Earth - Introduction
The Earth, the Sun and our solar system are a tiny fragment of the Milky Way Galaxy. This is the larger field in which we exist. If you look at the Milky Way from universal consciousness point of view, you can experience it as a huge intelligent being that has, as it were, all the stars and galaxies as its field of consciousness and body. Every particle of what we see as the Milky Way Galaxy is like a cell in the body of this Majestic Being. It gives it life force/ love and space to express its own function in a wonderful cosmic cooperation.

4v - The Milky Way - Experience Different Stars, Nebulae And Locations And The Heart Of The Galaxy And Its Relationship To Source And Earth – Extended Guided Meditation With Music
Our journey continues through the Milky Way Galaxy. This is the larger field of consciousness of which our solar system is a tiny particle. In this episode, you will visit different Galactic locations such as stars and nebulae as well as the center of the Milky Way. You can experience how each part is connected to the bigger picture. You can also meet beings and receive information at different locations. Take time to experience your unique connection to the Milky Way and certain locations within it.
This is an extended meditation, so feel free to take your time. In this meditative journey you will visit: Sirius, Arcturis, Polaris, Bellatrix, Centauris, a location important to you, the Galactic Center, where you get an overview of the entire Milky Way, and its loving connection to Earth. If appropriate for you you can experience or meet Beings on some systems.

5a - Source And The Universe -the Loving Heart Of Creation And The Creator, Your Divine Parents And Their Love For The Earth, Humanity And For You - Introduction
The source is the living heart and consciousness of our universe. You could call it the heart and brain of the body of our universe, in which the earth is a cell. Source is a location at the center of our locale universe. It is also energy - the Mind, the Spirit, and the Physical energy, and all kinds of combinations thereof. These energies are expressions of Divine Creator beings: The Divine Father, the Divine Mother, and the Divine Son.
In this episode, you experience Source and the three beings who created and sustain the entire universe. You experience seen from Source the entire Universe. And you experience from Source the loving and life-giving relationship with the earth and with you as a human being. Thus, you experience how everything is connected as a living whole.

In this guided meditation, you will travel to Source and experience its energy and awareness. Ask to arrive at a location in Source that is significant for you. There you ask to experience your Divine Parents. The Divine Father, the Divine Mother and the Divine Son. From a platform on Source you overlook the universe. You see in the distance our solar system and the Earth. Then you can experience the Creator's love for earth, humanity and for you.

6a - The Multiverse And The Central Universe - The Multiverse With 200,000 Universes, And The Central Universe - Introduction
The Multiverse is a vast field of consciousness and energy in which hundreds of thousands of universes exist. The Multiverse is like a huge cosmic organ in the body of creation. Each Universe within it has its own Source and Creator Parents who carry the entirety of their universe and all the beings and developments within it lovingly and in a unique way.
Our Universe is a tiny speck in this gigantic Multiverse.
The Central Universe is of great importance to Earth at this time, here the Divine Plan of transformation for Earth and this sector of the Galaxy is being coordinated.

6v - The Multiverse And The Central Universe - The Multiverse With 200,000 Universes, Visit Some Universes And The Central Universe - Guided Meditation With Music
Do this meditation after you complete 1 to 5, so the energy can integrate better.
We travel through Source in our universe to the grid system of the Multiverse and then visit 3 different universes. There we can experience the energy, the Beings there and our relationship to those universes.
Then we go to the Central Universe. That it is the universe at the heart of the Multiverse. This Universe is very important to us. It is where the Divine plan for Earth and our sector is coordinated. From the platform in the Central Universe, we experience the entire Multiverse. We zoom in on our universe which includes the Milky Way, the solar system, and Earth.
We can experience how from the central universe Earth is supported and loved. We take these experiences and energy back into our human lives.

7a - Creator Source And The 7 Multiverse - Experience The Heart Of All Of Creation - Creator Source - Introduction
The Creator Source is the Divine Heart and consciousness of all that is. It is an expression of infinity. The Creator Source is a great mystery and difficult for human reasoning to grasp, yet it can be experienced in your Higher Consciousness to some degree. The Creator Source consists of Divine Beings, the Universal Parents - the Universal Father, the Universal Mother and the Universal Son.
The 7 Multiversa are an expression of the Creator Source. Everything created and being created from the Creator Source is an aspect of it. In this way, the Creator Source differentiates particles from itself and gives it a unique Esseence, Consciousness and Function in the greater whole.

7v - The Creator Source And The 7 Multiverse - Experience The Heart Of All Of Creation - The Creator Source - Guided Meditation With Music
Do this meditation only after finishing meditation 1 to 6!
In this episode, we travel from Earth through the Source in our universe to the Central Universe. From there we look first of all to the Creator Source and experience the magisterial all-encompassing energy. The heart of all that is. Then we travel to a Platform, on the Creator Source and ask there to experience the presence of the Universal Father, the Universal Mother, and the Universal Son. Each has a unique energy and presence that we can allow to resonate deeply within us. We are created with a spark of this Creator's LOVE and Consciousness. Then we ask to experience the 7 Multiverse in the presence of the Universal Creator. We see from the heart of creation the seven gigantic fields of creation each with hundreds of thousands of universes.
Then we ask to see the seventh Multiverse containing our universe, the Milky Way, our solar system, and the Earth. You experience the love and connection of the Universal Creator and the Creator Source for the Earth, humanity, and for you. We ask to integrate this energy deeply within us and then travel back to earth and through our hearts come well-grounded in our bodies.
