Lección 1
Propoer Posture and Breathing
On Day 1 of this course, you will learn the basics of posture and proper breathing for meditation. You will also discover that learning meditation can be a fun and unique experience that is best enjoyed when not taken so seriously.
Lección 2
Managing Thoughts and Breath
In this lesson, we are going to dive deeper into how to manage your thoughts as they arise during breathwork. As well as how to connect with your breath as your anchor during meditation.
Lección 3
Visualization for Energetic Healing
In this lesson, you will learn a powerful healing technique that can be used in conjunction with Mindful Meditation. This technique is a powerful and useful addition to any meditation and can be deeply healing and very expansive. Enjoy!
